What do you like best about Doc Digitizer?

DocDigitizer is an "invisible" and super effective invoice data extractor. In a few days, we were able to feed the service with multiformat supplier invoices and get invoice data with high precision. What do you dislike about Doc Digitizer?

We don´t have any particular issues with DocDigitizer itself. It delivers what it promises. Although DocDigitizer has a robust API to connect to other systems, we had additional effort to integrate our document management system and our ERP. We wish there were out-of-the-box connectors with the most popular systems, available as DocDigitizer add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Doc Digitizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

DocDigitizer is part of our automated Accounts Payable process, a core part of our services to customers. We receive, we scan (if needed) supplier invoices, which DocDigitizer processes. DocDigitizer extracts the mandatory invoice data (invoice number, supplier, invoice amount, goods/services, etc.) and integrates with our Document Management software, filling metadata associated with each invoice. It also integrates with the ERP to create a pre-filled invoice record. DocDigitizer saves us all the manual work involved in these steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Doc Digitizer?

DocDigitizer is very simple to set up and start using right away with excellent quality of data extraction. There was no complex set up and allowed us to reduce the back office team in charge of digitizing information from our invoices.

We don't have to configure any invoice templates, and the DocDigitizer can cope with skewed, rotated invoices or even with handwriting info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Doc Digitizer?

Because DocDigitizer has different SLAs for different situations, we must tell them what SLAs we want. Maybe it would be better if we could configure that by ourselves in the portal to give us more flexibility without having to contact the support, but we don't need to change that after the initial roll-out. We were bombarded by the "OCR" vendors that provide data extraction. It took sometime to understand the difference between just getting data extraction or having the data actually validated.

With DocDigitizer we don't have to worry have someone using an application to correct the data. This was important to compute the total potential savings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Doc Digitizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

The usual account payables process in receiving the invoice and copying the information to the ERP.

It saves us a lot of money and allowed us to deal with peak demand.

What problems is Doc Digitizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to launch a new service of accountants. One of the key pains was to extract information from invoices, credit notes and debit notes with a very high accuracy such that we needen't to review the data extracted by ourselves.

DocDigitizer supplied us a whitelabel service where we just send the documents via API and get the information back fully validated. This is critical since we are accountants.

Also the implementation took less than 3 days.

Regarding the way we use DocDigitizer, we cannot identify a single flaw in the software. We could argue that DocDigitizer could lower the cost per invoice, but the truth is that the financial rationale of adopting it is obvious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a customer, DocDigitizer enables us to achieve a fully automated Accounts Payable process, saving hours each month with manual work and rework. As a IT and Outsourcing company we receive a lot of CVs daily and we need to extract candidate's information into our ATS. There is a high variety of CVs formats and we spent a lot of time doing this data entry manually. Now DocDigitizer is linked to our ATS and "magically" the info appears there.
