DispatchPal is a trucking management software (TMS) solution that helps trucking companies with their business management, dispatching, connection with clients, scheduling, billing, etc. This highly efficient software solution is much more than a pure website. It offers to its users an ERP solution with integrated modules for load management, invoicing, assets tracking, messaging, payroll, reporting, safety, etc.

**What do you like best about DispatchPal?**

Before I've tried DispatchPal, I was sceptical in any TMS. I was flooded with shipment documents. IFTA tax filling was confusing and complicated.  The application runs correctly. I received no complaints from my drivers so far. There are a lot of modules that can work separately. For instance trip planning, scheduling and merging trips and loads.

**What do you dislike about DispatchPal?**

I am still discovering some features that are not quite clear. It is not so obvious that some features are there, they are hidden from the first screens.

**What problems is DispatchPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are alerts for document expiration. I got my Q4 2021 IFTA reports with just one click.

**What do you like best about DispatchPal?**

As a business owner , I am overloaded with commitments. Yet, I wouldn't say I am a tech-savvy person. So, it took me some time to determine dispatch software. Finally, I've tried DispatchPal. The application is cloud based and I can access it from any place. For me, it works very well on each device.

**What do you dislike about DispatchPal?**

On the less pleasant side, there is no camera integration. Some features don't appear on the first screens.

**What problems is DispatchPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces the burden of operation management. It is easier to maintain my vehicles. Nor do I have to worry about tracking the expenses.
