API can work faster as it takes lot of time for new orders to sync in

we are into e-commerce business and ship out orders everyday so we are walways looking out for cheapest available shipping and creating bulk shipping labels in one go

**What do you like best about Discount Shipping Label service?**

I started my warehouse business together with EzeeShip after my first shipping experience. And I get great support from EzeeShip. Their online customer service is quite good and you can get response quickly. Also I used other platforms due to some shipping issue, but EzeeShip does the best in their service and clear billing information.

**What do you dislike about Discount Shipping Label service?**

It will be better if they can provide lower shipping rate. The API connection should be faster

Price should be lower for those old customers
