**What do you like best about DISCO Hold?**

The team behind Hold360 provide excellent customer service, supporting us through any bug or issues we see and working with us to build out new features or changes we need. Integrations with GoogleVault are seamless and eliminate a manual work, and the platform is very intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about DISCO Hold?**

While they are still building out some features, I believe the great customer support they provide to businesses and willingness to adapt is a no brainer for someone looking for a simple, reasonably priced solution you can trust.

**What problems is DISCO Hold solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upgrading from tracking holds manually, we are now able to pull reports any time on our matters and custodians, track acknowledgements and questionnaire responses, review audit logs, and easily add or update custodians or notices.
