Directly helps in providing 24x7 product/service support with a decentralized workforce that is spread across the globe.

**What do you like best about Directly?**

Directly is one of the very few companies that are friendly in terms of payouts as it is done weekly. One would get to support and interact with people from all over the world

**What do you dislike about Directly?**

The moderation can be a bit ineffective at times as there are bad players in the support ecosystem. Termination process is also something that is criticized by many

**What problems is Directly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Directly is very helpful in handling surges in support tickets as the pool of experts is pretty high. Also, customers from different timezones are assisted without any delay
