**What do you like best about Direct Commerce AP Automation?**

AP automation platform implemented at Direct Commerce has addressed challenge of invoice processing. With respect to invoice capture and data extraction, the possibilities have minimized manual input and time-consuming efforts of my team.

**What do you dislike about Direct Commerce AP Automation?**

We have several invoice formats and approval flows which help to configure our company. However, the platform appears to lack full support to cater for such precise requirements thereby enabling us to work under limited flexibility.

**What problems is Direct Commerce AP Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Direct Commerce have been very useful in eliminating our routine manual AP work thus helping us minimize our AP processing time, make accurate and less expensive AP processing. This enables me to direct my attention on how to deal with the vendors.
