Digital Wrench Reviews & Product Details

What I liked about Digital Wrench was work order format. It was clear and concise, easy to understand and relay to retail customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did not like the interface in general for Digital Wrench, I found myself having to back track a lot to get the information I needed from different parts of the software. The customer support is also non existent unless you pay for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The program holds a large parts inventory, this was very important when we were looking for shop software. I also like that there are several work order formats to choose from Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was more reporting options, such as a report that has the option for all open invoices for a customer as well as being able to get a report for all invoices open and closed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
