Big plus for user friendly interface, without any overload of additional, unnecessary flashy features. Even options that seemed they miss something, worked perfectly. The trick is in simplicity and effectiveness. Big thumbs up. Also, their support was impeccable - fast reply, great explanations, all problems solved within minutes. **What do you dislike about DigiParser?** There is nothing we didn't like. DigiParser exceeded our expectations. **What problems is DigiParser solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are professional services company and our audit team had a problem: big projects with thousands of invoices and a task - to extract data from 15 fields per invoice. They did all of this manually - copy/paste and it took hours, days and months. Instead of having audit professionals doing professional work, they spent all this time to copy/paste. DigiParser was a game changer - it speeded up the entire process at least 100 times if not more, which means huge saving of time for employees and huge saving of money for the company. ### 2. This integration helps me implement my own features and ensures everything works together with DigiParser. Another aspect I find particularly beneficial is the ability to get a confidence score for each field. This feature is critical because it lets me know how certain the model is about its predictions, and I can manually correct results if needed. The initial setup was very easy, taking less than an hour, with clear settings on what I can modify. **What do you dislike about DigiParser?** One thing is that the confidence score tends to be on the higher end most of the time even if there are not clear images where it should be lower.
