It’s easy to use and the process is straightforward to follow, especially when setting up the parser to correctly scrape the information from the scanned and attached document. In my case, I needed the output as QBO files for QuickBooks, and it generates what I need. Support has also been helpful, and overall it works fast and gets straight to the point. I find DigiParser pretty straightforward. Uploading and downloading data is easy, and the data is accurate and captures what I’m looking for. It has streamlined data entry a lot: I can upload statements and download them as a CSV or Excel file instead of manually copying and pasting everything. It keeps me organized and saves us time and money on admin work. I also like that I can forward invoices for automatic entry, though I’m just starting to try that. I wish I had taken advantage of the AppSumo deal because I didn’t get the full package, and I wish I could have increased my package a little more. It would also be useful if DigiParser could automatically group expenses by vendor and pull reports by vendor, date, and amount instead of me doing it manually, though it may already be able to do this and I just don’t know how yet. DigiParser saves me a lot of time analyzing boring documents that I would otherwise have to go through one by one. It checks documents automatically and fills in the tables I would otherwise have to complete manually, and it creates spreadsheets from the data. It did what it advertised it would. Big plus for user friendly interface, without any overload of additional, unnecessary flashy features. I really appreciate DigiParser's API integration, as it allows me to seamlessly communicate with my app. It's great that I can use the API to get the information I need without having to rely on the website. This integration helps me implement my own features and ensures everything works together with DigiParser. Another aspect I find particularly beneficial is the ability to get a confidence score for each field. This feature is critical because it lets me know how certain the model is about its predictions, and I can manually correct results if needed. One thing is that the confidence score tends to be on the higher end most of the time even if there are not clear images where it should be lower.
