**What do you like best about Digidapt?**

The content is clear, practical, and not boring. Staff actually talk about the training, which says a lot. I also like that we can pick and choose what we use from our credit pack depending on what’s going on that quarter.

**What do you dislike about Digidapt?**

Some of the backend tools feel a bit manual — would love more automation, especially around reminders and reporting. Not a dealbreaker, but it would save us time.

**Recommendations to others considering Digidapt:**

Don’t wait until you’ve had an incident. Digidapt’s strength is in prevention and education. Start with a baseline phishing test — the results will help get internal buy-in fast. And keep the momentum going with regular campaigns.

**What problems is Digidapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digidapt helped us turn our employees from a security risk into a real line of defense. Their phishing campaigns opened some eyes, and the training actually stuck. It’s not just box-checking — people are more alert now. The team’s easy to work with and knows their stuff.

The team is proactive, flexible, and genuinely cares about helping us build a resilient security culture.

**What do you dislike about Digidapt?**

The reporting dashboard could be a bit more customizable. While the insights are valuable, it would be helpful to tailor views for different internal stakeholders like HR or compliance.
