While it's clear and transparent—which we appreciate—the overall cost is on the higher side. The bank also contracts their vCISO services which has provided us expert guidance and oversight without the need for us to hire a full-time designated CISO. ### 2. But it still went ok. **Recommendations to others considering SBS CyberSecurity:** The audit was thorough and there was a lot of documentation, policies, and procedures requested. Sometimes requests lists can be burdensome, especially if the examiner or auditor does not take the time and attention to review the documentation you have provided. I could clearly tell that Clinton had reveiwed our program from the information provided. I have nothing but good experiences with SBS. **Recommendations to others considering SBS CyberSecurity:** If you're looking at the TRAC solution, SBS Consulting services is an excellent add-on. Even if you only use the consulting service for a year or two till you get a handle on the TRAC software and buidling your ISP/Cyber Program; the help that I have received from the consultants has been worth every penny. We originally thought we would use the consulting service for a couple of years, but we continue to invest in the service because of the benefit that it has provided our overall program. **What problems is SBS CyberSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** We contracted with SBS for a couple of reasons; we use them for IT/Cyber audits such as Network Security Assessments, IT Controls, Tabletop Testing, annual Training, M365 reviews, and Wireless penetration testing. We also use their TRAC software for all our policies and risk assessements as well as tracking action items from audit findings. We are in our 2nd year with the vCISO service, but are now at a “mentor” level vs Pro when we were initially creating a new and improved Information Security Program for our "new" bank/ Additionally we utilize SBS’s TRAC cybersecurity Risk Management solution developed to simplify cyber risk management. It helps with the completing tedious risk assessments and produces customized results that align with regulatory requirements, best practices and the bank’s strategic goals. To build a strong Information Security Program, the bank must have strong risk assessments in-place that help make informed decisions. Through their VCISO program, we were partnered with a consultant that has been istrumental in the tranisiton. We have gained valuable guidance, learning, and growth through these conversations. SBS offered documents to help with this task. This saves alot of time on our end. We are able to incorporate those additional details quickly. **What do you dislike about SBS CyberSecurity?** Our team struggled with using two different platforms . One area was using TRAC and the other area was using Field. Field was not easy to use and we didnt know all the steps. We had no guidance on what to do within that program once we uploaded our documents. We were not aware to mark complete once we uploaded. It would make it easier if all assessments used one system and a short step-by-step document was given on how to upload and what to mark. **Recommendations to others considering SBS CyberSecurity:** If you are having several assessments completed by SBS I would request a list of individuals who will be handling each assessment along with contact information from your rep once the contract is signed. **What problems is SBS CyberSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** SBS has made recommendations to enhance risk management areas, network cybersecurity, asset managements and vendor management. The benefits are worth it in the end. Their help desk is great and training on those services, but realize you are committing to a lot of time and effort for most of the modules. Their audit services are great. Be open to suggestions. It doesn't mean you have to accept everything they say, but they are almost always going to have a solid reason they are making the suggestion. One thing we have regretted a little is that they don't resell the top tier option for KnowBe4. Their customer support is top notch. They are always available and follow through with what they say they will do. The various modules that SBS offers relate to our business needs. **What do you dislike about SBS CyberSecurity?** the TRAC software is somewhat challenging to use if it is not used continuously. SBS however offers various training and also phone support to assist with the software when one is stuck. **Recommendations to others considering SBS CyberSecurity:** Learn all SBS has to offer and take advantage of their training to learn their TRAC software. **What problems is SBS CyberSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have a current problem, however we did go to them when we needed a forensic email audit and they were able to provide us promtp and professional assistance. ### 41. Kudos to SBS for building a strong, exceptional enivronment for their employees to thrive in. **What do you dislike about SBS CyberSecurity?** There is nothing I dislike about SBS Cybersecurity. **Recommendations to others considering SBS CyberSecurity:** If you are looking for support to build and maintain your Information Security Program, you have to check SBS out. It is worth at least sitting down and going through a demo with SBS and understanding how they can take your organization from good to great! **What problems is SBS CyberSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my mind, SBS CyberSecurity is a one stop shop for all your cybersecurity needs. They not only provide TRAC, a wonderful program to manage all your policies, procedures, plans, reports, vendor review, risk assessments, etc. They provide top-notch, experienced consultants to help institutions understand how to best utilize TRAC for their organization. In addition to TRAC and our consultant relationship, they also provide impressive vulnerability assesssments, penetration testing, external IT audits, and tabletop testing. SBS CyberSecurity has gone above and beyond during out three year relationship with them. Dylan is our consultant and he is the best! He really makes the IT jargon understandable and managable for us bankers. They utilize the TRAC program which makes file transfers and organization easy.
