**What do you like best about DidTheyReadIt?**

Clean interface. Serves as great supplement to traditional email tool given outlook lacks any useful email tracking function.

**What do you dislike about DidTheyReadIt?**

There are some delays in showing results which is understandable given people may click on email any second

**Recommendations to others considering DidTheyReadIt:**

Pretty useful application but definitely need some improvement to solve compatibility issue with all the email systems
