**What do you like best about Dialog Insight?**

The platform is very easy to use. No need to be a web expert to be able to send. The account manager is also very responsive and generally replies to emails quite quickly. The company is always looking to innovate, improve, and diversify its services. The technical support is #1! Finally, it's really nice to be able to communicate in French.

**What do you dislike about Dialog Insight?**

I find that there are often changes in the display, which seem to be developed with the aim of making the platform easier to use. As a digital integrator, this is something I don't find necessary. I would prefer that the investment be put into improving the features already present.

Dialog Insight most of the time accepts our requests for custom developments, which allows us to better meet our business needs.

Fast, friendly and efficient customer service. They are always available to help and advise us.

Account manager who listens to our needs, who can help us with our strategies. We don't feel alone, we feel that they are there to help us use the full potential of the platform for our needs.

Activity forms for registering for our webinars: we love all the functions attached to this.

Prospecting forms for downloading white papers: we use them a lot, with success.

**What do you like best about Dialog Insight?**

We've been using Dialog Insight for over a decade and as useful as it was 10 years ago, it keepa on getting better, new functionalities and to automate campaigns and follow your contacts and manage your contcata database.

**What do you dislike about Dialog Insight?**

Our contacts database keeps growing, so thr cost of using the platform keeps increasing, which is one of our only drawbacks, although it's fair.

**What problems is Dialog Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating and automating follow-ups with our contacts and customers is easier and less time consuming.

**What do you like best about Dialog Insight?**

The email and event functions are my favorites. But honestly, everything is fine. The layout is easy, as is database management. The administrative features are easy. And the customer service is TOP!

**What do you dislike about Dialog Insight?**

Integration was a challenge and the implementation of the database was tough, but it is going well in the end.

I would also like to be able to merge or link 2 profiles together (to keep the history of both accounts despite an email change, or a duplicate).

**What problems is Dialog Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing: I would say that often our DI database is more up-to-date than our CRM (as subscribers can update their own information).

**What do you like best about Dialog Insight?**

First, we primarily use simple mail marketing features, and we love it.  The simple yet complete tools enabled us to improve our relationship with our community.  The second is all the data integration made possible by the APIs.  This integration keeps our data in sync with our IT ecosystem.  Finally, the support team is fantastic with their fast and accurate responses.

**What do you dislike about Dialog Insight?**

As of right now, we don't use 100% of its capabilities, and in the future, we may encounter some things we dislike worth mentioning, but almost everything is good.  The only possible improvement would be a simpler and faster API.  Initially, our developers had to get accustomed to Dialog Insight APIs.  What's more, the APIs could process a little faster.  But still, it took about two weeks to build a syncing gateway that works just fine!

**What problems is Dialog Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first and significant improvement for us is that with data syncing, all the pertinent data used to get in touch with our community sits in one place.  Before Dialog Insight, we had to regroup information across different sources whenever we needed to contact our community.  Right now, the data's always up-to-date in Dialog Insight, and the users can focus on what's important: content!

**What do you like best about Dialog Insight?**

For our company DI is an essential tool and platform for our newsletter and is fully part of our digital marketing strategy,
The TI and the techinal support's teams are always available when we have questions or if we need help.
The features s and the platform are overall very user friendly and esasy to operate.
Plus, DI offers very interesting and relevant trainings and conferences about digital marketing, very useful to stay up to date about the marketing's tendancies !

Dialog Insight makes a lot of effort to meet the needs and expectations of their clients. Whether through follow-ups or the innovation of new tools and features of the platform, they are receptive to feedback and ideas. The technical support for users of the newsletter platform is also a very great asset. The staff responds quickly and in a clear and detailed manner when we have questions or encounter a problem.

The additional modules are quite expensive compared to other companies that offer similar services.

Dialog Insight platform is a complete CRM platform with multiple Modules, which offers personalized experiences at Every Step of the Customer Lifecycle (Acquisition, Retention, loyalty and eCom). 

The user-friendly tool offers 100% autonomy to clients who desire to create and execute their campaigns.

Dialog Insight Team works with their client as a partner rather than a provider. The expert team provides strategic help from planification to executing each project and campaign.

During the last 11 years, I have worked with Dialog Insight Platform in different companies.

I love everything about "Dialog Insight" tool and team.

It happens that our company added a new eCom platform to our website. Dialog Insight creates the connector to plug the data of the new platform into the Data Base.

As RGPD started in Europe, Dialog Insight was ahead of time and helped us comply with this new law.

**What do you like best about Dialog Insight?**

The DI works excellent for doing complex marketing email campaigns. One of the benefits is being able to link it to your products and users databases to make personalized emails. I also like that the team is available to help when needed, and they are super available and friendly.

**What do you dislike about Dialog Insight?**

Nothing that I dislike, but one should note that advanced customizations may require the DialogInsight's team. As end users, we do not always have access to some of the power options available in the platform.

Sending thousands of customized emails that include some fixed, editorial items, preference-based items, and finally, algorithmically recommended items.

Beyond the platform and its features, the added value of DI lies with our account managers and business analysts who are committed to our success. They anticipate our needs, and there is great value in the fact that they have been supporting us for years and know our systems, which are constantly evolving.

Marketing advisors from external firms often tell us that, for a company of our size, we are fortunate to have access to this "heavy artillery" through DI, which even larger companies do not have access to!

To maximize the potential of the Dialog Insight platform, one must be ready to invest in the development of the project and the mastery of the platform.

**What problems is Dialog Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once we had integrated the Dialog Insight tools into our transactional site, we truly activated the levers of relationship marketing (personalized communications based on preferences, customer journey, abandoned cart, invitation to give a product recommendation 30 days after purchase, etc.).

By itself, the whole issue of managing implicit and explicit consents, in accordance with the Anti-Spam Law, provides significant peace of mind.

Dialog Insight allows us to produce professional marketing campaigns which are at the heart of our operations. The reporting tools provide valuable feedback. The support team is very responsive.

Initially, we had to have custom functions built to achieve the desired results. Most of these have since been integrated into the basic tool.

We can pinpoint which contacts to send our campaigns to based on their interactions with our website, with our marketing campaigns and other variables. Automation of scenarios creates a better customer experience while freeing internal resource time.

Dialog Insight has been a great partner for the last 10 years. They don't say no; they analyze the needs and find solutions to make it work. They are one of our most reliable partners, we can always count on them.

**What do you dislike about Dialog Insight?**

We are using their platform to an extended point. We sometimes reach the limit of what is feasible. But their product development team is working hard to make our projects come to life.

Dialog insight allows us to aggregate all of our users' data in the same platform and use it for segmentation and automation at a much more affordable cost than bigger platforms and with more human interactions. Their strategic insights help us make the best decisions and increase our database subscribers.

The service from the support/ analysts/ account managers is simply incredible! They always respond in a very reasonable delay and are always there to support us and find solutions to our problems or wishes.

Some parts are a little but technical and require a better technical component knowledge than some other platforms, but the analysts are always there to help. That said, once you've been using the platform for a while, it gets very easy to use and understand.

**What do you like best about Dialog Insight?**

The stored data is not limited to simple columns like Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp. This allows great opportunities and flexibility for segmentation, statistics, whitelists, etc. Great value with good tools. Simplier and so much cheaper than SalesForce Marketing Cloud.

The template designer is not the greatest (feels old a little), but it will allow you to do whatever you want.

Dialog Insight allows us to use a lot of personalization and segmentation to have good fundraising solicitation emails. It can support all the data needed to meet our goals. The support team is easily available in English and French. Dialog Insight can also do the job for you ($).

Extremely versatile solution that allows linking customer data and behavior to carry out highly targeted marketing actions.

Very flexible and comprehensive solution, but some advanced features require programming and cannot be configured independently by the user. Annual budgets need to be planned for these elements.

Dialog Insight allows us to use raw data from our sales system, avoiding the need to manipulate Excel lists. The platform also enables the linking of behavioral information on each contact, allowing for extremely precise targeting.

Dialog Insight is a very good, complete, and user-friendly tool.

The tool has no blocking defects, the user experience is very good.

You can call on Belacom, a Certified Dialog Insight Integrator, if you have doubts about the solution. Belacom distributes 10 Marketing Automation solutions, so they are able to tell you whether or not Dialog Insight is right for you.

We were able to precisely segment our databases with the help of relational tables. Implement lead scoring.

Very intuitive, workflow makes sense, easy to customize emails on the fly

Main menu layout is a bit  messy, can only see 10 menu items at a time

We use this software to maintain email subscription databases and segment them to target emails to large amounts of subscribers. These targeted emails have helped raise our website traffic and specific times.

**What do you like best about Dialog Insight?**

Not sure really. They seem new at this business but are willing to develop. Their staff is responsive and are a pleasure to work with.

**What do you dislike about Dialog Insight?**

You have to pay for everything. Zero free customer support. Any automation outside of auto-responder, you have to pay their development team to create it for you at $100/hour. Any time you have a question about a certain functionality, you are charged for emailing or calling them. Their staff is very nice and responsive, however, if you are in the U.S., be prepared for a language barrier.

**Recommendations to others considering Dialog Insight:**

Would like them to experience functionality of other ESPs so they know what their competition is like.

**What problems is Dialog Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had problems with deliverability at our previous ESP which used a shared IP. Dialog Insight allows you to use a dedicated IP (like most enterprise level ESPs). Our deliverability increased dramatically.
