## About Devolutions Cloud
Devolutions Cloud is a cloud-hosted password and credential management solution that helps teams securely store, share, and govern their passwords and sensitive data without maintaining their own server infrastructure. It belongs to the password manager and credential management software category and is designed for IT teams, small and midsize businesses, and organizations that want centralized credential governance delivered as a managed service. As a fully managed workspace, Devolutions Cloud removes the need to provision, update, or back up servers — the infrastructure is operated by Devolutions. It serves as a centralized data source for Devolutions applications such as Devolutions Password Manager and Remote Desktop Manager, providing the vault, permissions, and audit layer that those tools connect to. Users store and retrieve credentials, share them securely with colleagues, and apply access policies, while administrators manage roles, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication from a central location. Common use cases include centralizing employee credentials across business applications, sharing access securely across a team without exposing raw passwords, enforcing password and access policies, and auditing credential usage for accountability and compliance. Key features and benefits include: - A fully managed, cloud-hosted workspace with no servers, updates, or backups for the customer to maintain - Centralized credential storage with role-based permissions and secure sharing across teams - Single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) support with providers such as Microsoft Entra ID and Okta - SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified infrastructure - Integration with Devolutions Password Manager, Remote Desktop Manager, and the broader Devolutions suite as a connected data source Organizations adopt Devolutions Cloud when they want centralized credential management and governance but prefer a managed service over self-hosting. It offers the same core access-management capabilities as the self-hosted Devolutions Server while shifting infrastructure responsibility to the vendor, making it suited to teams that want to focus on security and access rather than maintaining systems. It scales from small teams to larger organizations with formal access and compliance needs.

## Devolutions Cloud Reviews
  ### 1. Security and Efficiency with Some VPN Limitations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francesco I.

**What do you like best about Devolutions Cloud?**

I really like the security of Devolutions Hub and how it stores passwords. I also appreciate the tools it provides to work efficiently, allowing me to connect to various devices after cataloging them. I found it very easy to initially set up Devolutions Hub.

**What do you dislike about Devolutions Cloud?**

There are some integrations with VPNs that cannot be done. We spent some time integrating and cataloging the devices on Devolutions that were missing, and the price is very high for the paid version.

**What problems is Devolutions Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Devolutions Hub to securely save credentials, solving password storage issues and improving efficiency with tools to connect in IT.

  ### 2. Devolutions Hub Solves Password Chaos for IT Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Devolutions Cloud?**

Devolutions Hub is an excellent cloud-based password manager for IT teams and small-to-medium businesses that need a secure, centralized way to manage credentials. What sets it apart is how it’s built with IT professionals in mind—supporting role-based access, strong MFA options, detailed audit logs, and seamless integration with Remote Desktop Manager.

It solves the common chaos of scattered passwords across Excel files, browsers, and personal vaults. With DH, our team can collaborate securely without ever exposing sensitive credentials. It also scales well and has a clean UI that makes adoption easy even for non-technical users.

If you're looking for a serious, secure, and easy-to-deploy password manager for your organization—not just a consumer tool stretched for business use—Devolutions Hub is a strong candidate.

**What do you dislike about Devolutions Cloud?**

Price, maybe too expensive for little companies

**What problems is Devolutions Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing complex, unique passwords across environments was always a pain — especially when sharing access securely across a team. Devolutions Hub changed that for us.

It’s cloud-based, easy to roll out, and gives us centralized control over credentials. We can enforce strong password policies, assign permissions per user or role, and audit everything. The integration with Remote Desktop Manager makes launching sessions seamless, without exposing credentials.

For IT pros and sysadmins looking for a password manager that’s actually designed for teams and infrastructure management — not just end users — Devolutions Hub is a solid, secure choice.

  ### 3. Devolutions Hub simplifies IT management.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filippo C. | Service desk, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Devolutions Cloud?**

I admire Devolutions Hub for its intuitive and centralized approach to managing IT infrastructure and software access. It's a secure and efficient tool that allows users to access and manage all their important data and credentials from one place, which can be a real time-saver and reduce the risk of security breaches. The platform's ability to integrate with various other tools and services also makes it highly versatile.

**What do you dislike about Devolutions Cloud?**

It's not that I dislike it, but there are some areas where Devolutions Hub could improve. For example, as with any comprehensive IT management tool, it might be a bit overwhelming for new users to get started due to its extensive features.

**What problems is Devolutions Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

These features benefit users by providing a secure, efficient, and flexible platform for managing IT infrastructure, thereby allowing them to focus on more strategic and value-adding tasks.

  ### 4. Devolutions Password hub another tool for your IT arsenal......

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** john k. | it consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Devolutions Cloud?**

Its a great Cloud based Password manager but thats not where its uses end as its able to work with its own suite of companion tools inc browser based extensions to access credentials but it can also store RDP sessions which use its launcher app to initiate. If your a Remote Desktop Manager by devolutions user like myself already then DPH intergrates into that too so its not limited at all.

**What do you dislike about Devolutions Cloud?**

At present i feel the only thing that lets it down is ideally id like to see DPH become more like a cloud version of Devolutions Password Server and im mainly only thinking of some entry types are still not supported yet in DPH as they are in DPS already but its a young product so i expect these features will come along sooner or later!

**What problems is Devolutions Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ive started to utilise DPH more in a password management scenario as i want to replace a competitors solutions ive been using in this role for a while now but its certainly fitting the need so far!
