UniGetUI (formerly WingetUI) is a free, open-source graphical interface that consolidates multiple Windows package managers into a single application. It allows users to install, update, and uninstall software without using a command-line interface, working with Windows 10 and 11. The tool provides a unified front end for several widely used package managers, including WinGet, Chocolatey, Scoop, Snap, Pip, Npm, .NET Tool, and PowerShell Gallery. Rather than learning the syntax of each manager individually, users can browse, search, and filter packages across all supported sources from one interface, viewing metadata such as publisher, size, and download URL before installing. Core capabilities include: - Package management: One-click install, update, and uninstall operations, with the option to set custom installation parameters per package. - Discovery and filtering: Search across supported managers and filter results, with package details available before installation. - Bulk operations: Install, update, or uninstall multiple packages in a single batch, with per-package controls to skip or ignore specific updates. - Updates: Automatic updates or system tray notifications when new versions are available. - Export and backup: Export package lists (including installation parameters) to import on another machine, useful for migrating or replicating a software setup. UniGetUI can be installed through the Microsoft Store, winget, Scoop, or Chocolatey, and is distributed under the MIT license. The project was created by Martí Climent and is an independent tool that is not affiliated with the package managers it supports.
Devolutions PowerShell Universal is a platform for building and operating PowerShell-based automation, internal tools, and APIs from a centralized environment. It allows IT teams to take existing PowerShell scripts and run them as scheduled jobs, REST APIs, or web-based applications without moving to a different language or stack. It runs on Windows, Linux, Docker, and Azure, with macOS supported for local development. The platform consolidates several functions that are often handled by separate tools: - Script management and execution: A central admin console to organize, secure, execute, and audit scripts, with browser-based editing, Git integration, execution history, and logging. It works with existing PowerShell modules, including Azure, Microsoft Graph, VMware, WMI, and Exchange Online. - Scheduling: Recurring jobs run on simple schedules or CRON expressions, with execution distributed across multiple instances and grouped by environment. - APIs: PowerShell logic can be exposed as REST and WebSocket APIs with token-based authentication and OpenAPI documentation, for integration with external systems, internal tools, or DevOps pipelines. - Dashboards and internal applications: Interactive dashboards, custom pages, and internal web tools (for example, password reset forms, inventory lookups, or group management workflows) can be built directly in PowerShell using a built-in UI framework, without a separate frontend. - Access control: Role-based access control (RBAC) applies to scripts, dashboards, APIs, scheduled jobs, and configuration. Authentication supports local accounts or third-party identity providers via LDAP, SAML, and OpenID Connect (OIDC). PowerShell Universal integrates into existing developer workflows through a VS Code extension, native Git version control, an in-browser script editor, and an integrated debugger. The product is offered in two editions. The free Developer edition includes the complete feature set but is restricted to local development and requires a Devolutions account. A paid Server license, applied per server, is required for production workloads; scripts, dashboards, and APIs built in the Developer edition run unchanged under it. The platform runs entirely on-premises with no required external network connections, which supports use in regulated and air-gapped environments. Devolutions maintains ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications. PowerShell Universal was originally created by Adam Driscoll (Ironman Software) and is now maintained by Devolutions, with Driscoll continuing to lead development.

The mobile app keeps teams secure on the go, with vault access, password generation, and sign-in approvals via OTP and push notifications. Available actions always reflect the permissions defined in the underlying workspace, and a read-only offline mode keeps credentials reachable when connectivity drops. Available on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and all major browsers, Devolutions Password Manager is included in every Devolutions package — serving as the common access layer that scales alongside additional capabilities like Devolutions Gateway, Launcher, Remote Desktop Manager, and PAM as your environment grows.
