Devolutions Server

Managing and controlling access to privileged accounts and vaulting end-user passwords are of the utmost importance for any organization. With the growing concern over insider threats and data breaches, the real challenge we face is finding the right balance between keeping an organization's assets secure and allowing users to be productive. The remedy is a comprehensive, highly-secured vaulted password management solution that can control access to your privileged accounts, while also improving overall network visibility for sysadmins and providing a seamless experience for end users.

Devolutions Password Manager

0 reviews

Devolutions Password Manager is the secure access command center for IT teams, giving users one consistent place to access, manage, and use their work credentials across desktop, mobile, and the browser. Rather than acting as its own standalone vault, it connects to a Devolutions workspace — either Devolutions Cloud (fully managed and cloud-hosted) or Devolutions Server (self-hosted on your own infrastructure) — so credentials, permissions, and security policies stay governed centrally while users get a fast, unified experience on every device. The desktop application delivers the full experience for daily use: accessing and managing entries, a built-in authenticator for one-time passwords (OTP), and centralized enforcement of configuration and security settings through group policies (GPO). The browser extension brings credentials into everyday web workflows with autofill for usernames, passwords, and payment details, plus on-the-fly strong password generation. The mobile app keeps teams secure on the go, with vault access, password generation, and sign-in approvals via OTP and push notifications. Available actions always reflect the permissions defined in the underlying workspace, and a read-only offline mode keeps credentials reachable when connectivity drops. Available on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and all major browsers, Devolutions Password Manager is included in every Devolutions package — serving as the common access layer that scales alongside additional capabilities like Devolutions Gateway, Launcher, Remote Desktop Manager, and PAM as your environment grows.

Super Useful for Managing Multiple Server Connections with an Amazing Vault

Super useful to manage multiple connections for server management, not only that, it also has a great credential manager with the Vault functionality. Also, the integration with multiple tools (keepass, Duo, VPN clients,... ) is amazing

All Credentials and Connections in One Place, but Slow to Start

I like that all of my connection credentials and remote desktop connections are kept in one place, and can easily be linked to each other or shared with other team members.

Centralized Access, Effortless Server Management

I use Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager daily for accessing the various 100 plus servers our company manages. It helps me keep them organized and I don't have to remember a bunch of passwords, allowing me to save my default credentials. It's a great team tool, letting everyone access servers using either a service account or their own credentials, and have the up-to-date list all the time. I appreciate the ease of organization and access to multiple servers. I'm able to run scripts against a bunch of Linux servers and update them, access our Windows servers several at a time, and perform maintenance. It gives us a centralized list of servers plus an easy way to connect. The initial setup was very easy as well, simply importing a list of servers from the Microsoft tools.
