**What do you like best about Depot?**

With Depot, I am having CRM, project management, time tracking, invoicing, and analytics all under one roof is incredibly convenient. It's helpful for simplifying workflows and keeping an eye on project progress.

**What do you dislike about Depot?**

Creating an invoice from a completed project requires manual data entry of key details like time spent and materials used.

**What problems is Depot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Depot eliminates the need for multiple subscriptions and disparate tools for managing my client work.  This reduces the risk of data inconsistencies.

The dashboard is clear and contains all the relevant information you'd want to see as a customer service agent.

**What do you dislike about Depot?**

Nothing to dislike so far. The support could be better.

**What problems is Depot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a great way for reps to input their data in the field. It is the one stop shop for looking up customers and cases.
