The data was pretty accurate - we had a really low bounce rate with leads that we pulled. We were able to generate some new business with the tool as well which was helpful. The pricing is also very good - we were quoted rates over 10x what Leadiro was charging for some similar tools. Perhaps they had better data quality but if you have a lower budget, Leadiro is a good solution to test out having a lead gen tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Klarity by DemandScience? Seemed to be missing a lot of data for companies we'd expect a tool to have. Large tech companies we were trying to sell into would have 0 contacts which was surprising, while some smaller companies would seemingly have their entire staff in the tool. Recommendations to others considering Klarity by DemandScience: If you have a limited budget for a solution like this then Leadiro is a good call. We did a lot of research into several dozen tools and selected Leadiro as a good option - pretty easy to use. Lacks small company information but usually has good information on big orgs. We definitely gained value from the leads that we pulled but realized that our target market is a little too specific for a mass outreach tool like this - feel that after about 6 months we were able to extract most of the useful leads that Leadiro had available to us. I wish there were more phone number contacts in the platform, that would help me with my need, also I would like to be able to do a search for multiple items. Say the city for example. What problems is Klarity by DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you? For new clients and business, it gives you access to a database. Which can be quite hard for new companies. I have used other list providers before and the open rates and click through rates have been lower than 1% with leadiro I find an open rate higher than 20%. What I like best is the ease of use. the support given by Leadiro. Flexibility in use and affordability. using Leadiro is very simple and allows for me to focus on other aspects of the business once I have the leads. I like the option to start and stop as required. since se are a small company this flexibility allows us to work the leads without having to pay every month. Customer service is excellent. they re very patient. Best of all it was a soft sell. I did not fee pressured in any way compared to other companies I was comparing prior to getting Leadiro. What I dislike is the fact that lack of information of revenue/Assets of the companies I am searching. I am also able to followup on the leads without having to pay every month. this flexiclity allows my team to work the leads and not have to pay for service I do not need every month. Leadiro is an easy to use, searchable B2B database, with good, up to date contacts. Compared to other data providers, Leadiro is fantastic value for money with great up to date contacts. Searches can be time consuming once you are a few months in; you can't see whether you have already downloaded the chosen contacts or others at the same company until you reach / have passed check out. The best thing experience we have had with Leadiro so far is just how user-friendly the User Face is and how helpful the Team is when asking questions via the online chat. We love the conversion rate that we have with using Leadiro Data and because we target various geographies around the globe, the fact that there is data available for all these countries is an added bonus! "Great start, but more to come" 3.5/5 What do you like best about Klarity by DemandScience? The convenience and ease of use. Very straight forward to select contacts via a range of criteria and just as easy to export. Quality of data seems to be pretty high as well, minimal bouncebacks and a promise of returning credits if they do bounceback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Bit of a "clunky" UI and UX. it seems illogical to me that once you've selected and exported a contact, there's no annotation next to them in future searches. This means that if you've created a large list recently, then log in to create another similar list within a few weeks after, you can end up reselecting these contacts and you don't find out until you head to the checkout, which can often mean a lot of work down the drain. Also, not particularly keen on not being able to "save" selected contacts to continue later on at a different workstation, not can you share a list with a colleague prior to downloading to verify the contacts are of suitable standard.
