They have a quasi-attentive Customer Support team that leans in when needed to help troubleshoot issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Delivra? The fact that I've had to leverage their Customer Support team as much as I have. The company was sold off after we signed contract, the overall product seemed to take a back-seat. There were very few ugrades to the platform over the 2+ years we were with them. Designing in their tool was incredibly cumbersome, and testing email sends sometimes took days to iron out "quirks" in their code, etc... The team spent too much time building, testing and sending simple emails. The back-end was not user-friendly and required quite a bit of training - totally different than other more modern ESP's. Customer service. They are very helpful and make my job easier. They constantly make improvements which make the product even better. Most of the time it is user error, but they are always kind and ready to solve the issues. List segmentation is very easy to use, drip campaigns are easy to navigate as well. I don't believe they have a good integration with surveys but I could be wrong. Also, using this on mobile isn't great. I hope that will be an upgrade in the future! Since they have merged/were bought out a few times, it is harder to get information from them when an issue comes up, especially with billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Delivra: It is worth serious consideration. Pricing alone make this an easy sell, but pricing is not why we have stayed.
