"Decagon Makes Customer Support Faster and More Human"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Decagon?

What I like most about Decagon is how well it handles customer support conversations without making them feel too robotic. It can understand the context of a conversation, respond quickly, and handle a good portion of repetitive support questions on its own. I also like that it helps reduce the workload on support teams while still giving them visibility into what customers are asking about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decagon?

The main thing I dislike is that it can still struggle with more complex or unusual customer questions. Sometimes the responses need to be reviewed or corrected by a human, especially when the conversation requires deeper context. It also takes some time to fine-tune the setup and make sure the AI responds consistently with our support processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Instant Answers, Simple UI, and Amazing Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Decagon?

Best feature or advantage according to me the customer gets answered immediately so that "no need to wait" feel that customer gets goes a long way in improving the overall customer experience. The UI is simple and it was really easy to integrate with our systems ! It's working really great and we are super happy with the performance. We had a few chats with the support team and they are really amazing and pricing is also good, we can choose the one that fits our requirement. The AI system used is good and intelligent and the instances of hallucinations are really low for our test cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful AI and streamlining customer support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Decagon?

I really like how Decagon handles repetitive customer questions without the need for constant agent involvement. It provides quick responses, which helps our support team spend more time on complex issues that require human attention. I'm also impressed by how easy it is to scale support during busy periods. Decagon can handle multiple routine conversations at once, maintaining consistent response times without putting extra pressure on our support team. The AI agents and automated customer support workflows are incredibly valuable, as they handle common questions quickly and consistently, reducing repetitive tickets and giving me more time to focus on complex customer issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decagon?

One area that could be improved is how Decagon handles more complex or unusual customer questions. Sometimes the AI needs additional context or a human agent to step in, so better handling of edge cases and smoother handoffs would make the support workflow more efficient. I'd like to see better context handling for unusual or multi-step customer issues, so the AI can understand the full conversation before responding. It would also help to have clearer confidence indicators and smoother handoffs to a human agent when Decagon is not confident in the answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient AI-Powered Customer Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Decagon?

I like how simple and useful Decagon feels in day-to-day customer support. It quickly handles a lot of common questions, which saves me time and reduces repetitive work. The responses feel natural and the overall experience is easy to manage. The biggest benefit for me is that Decagon makes customer support faster and more efficient without complicating the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decagon?

One thing I think Decagon could improve is the accuracy and consistency of responses in some situations. Sometimes, more complex or specific customer questions may need extra attention or human involvement. I’d also like to see more customization options so the responses can be better matched to different business needs. Overall, the platform works well, but these improvements could make it even more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Driven Customer Support with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Decagon?

I like how Decagon combines AI with practical customer-support workflows. It stands out for its ability to automate repetitive requests, respond quickly to customers, and handle support tasks with consistency that's hard to maintain manually. It's valuable because it goes beyond simply answering questions, automating routine support tasks and providing fast, consistent responses, which help in reducing the workload on support agents. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and the platform was intuitive enough to get started without a lot of friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decagon?

I think Decagon should improve the balance between automation and human support. While it's effective for routine requests, more complex or unusual customer issues may still require human intervention, and making those handoffs even smoother could improve the experience. "AI-Powered Automation, Excellent Support Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Decagon?

I like that Decagon combines automation with a good customer experience. It handles a large volume of routine requests quickly while giving our team the flexibility to step in when human attention is needed. It saves time, improves consistency, and is relatively easy to manage. The initial setup was really good, and the implementation team provided all the training needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decagon?

One area that could be improved is customization. For more complex or less common customer questions, it can take some effort to fine-tune the workflows and make sure the AI responds exactly the way we want. I would also like to see more flexibility in reporting and analytics, so it's easier to measure performance and identify areas where the automation can be improved. "Reliable, Secure AI Assistant That Simplifies Complex CX Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about Decagon?

The best thing I’ve found in Decagon is how its AI assistant provides a reliable way to handle customer communication with end-to-end encryption. The AOPS option is something we use regularly, because our CX team can turn complex workflows into simple English and then update refunds and troubleshoot issues more precisely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decagon?

The UI during monitoring and conversations can feel a bit overwhelming, and navigation sometimes forces me to drill down into specific interactions because I have to do so many clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decagon Makes Customer Support Automation Feel Human"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Decagon?

What I like most about Decagon is that it helps automate customer support without making the experience feel robotic. The platform is intuitive, easy to manage, and very useful for handling repetitive questions quickly and consistently. It saves the team a lot of time and allows us to focus on more complex cases where human attention is really needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decagon?

The main downside is that it takes some time to set up and fine-tune everything properly. At the beginning, you need to review the responses quite closely to make sure they match your tone and business rules. Once it is configured, it works well, but the initial setup and ongoing adjustments can require more time than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
