**What do you like best about DealerSync?**

DealerSync is actually much more than an inventory management software. Sure it has all of the features to manage inventory, track your sales and follow up with leads. It also includes all of the integrated features unique to the auto industry like CarFax and NADA reports as well as VIN lookup and emissions information. On top of that, it lets you send your inventory feed to hundreds of different places. I know that there are quite a few marketing tools built into the system that I plan to use as well

**What do you dislike about DealerSync?**

If you have a question you definitely need to contact support. I've worked with them extensively and they are very knowledgable. 

**What problems is DealerSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory information is exported as a feed. I can update the dealership inventory in the DealerSync app and then that info is syndicated to Autotrader, CarGurus, and Facebook Marketplace. It makes it very easy to list cars in multiple places online

**What do you like best about DealerSync?**

Did really like the way it synched with phones, both cell phone and dealership phone and out that calls were made or received in the customers notes and also kept text messages stored in there when made from even your cell phone.  That made recording and keeping notes easy 

**What do you dislike about DealerSync?**

I don't recall disliking too much about it except that it wasn't as user friendly as I would like.  Sometimes had glitches but overall good.

**What problems is DealerSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to track/keep track of contacts with customers even if doing it away from office
