**What do you like best about Dealership Workflow?**

The digital deal jacket replaces everything we used to manage with paper manila folders. Every deal has a complete digital home — documents, checklists, status updates, and a full audit trail. The F&I cancellation tracking module alone has saved us from losing track of chargebacks that used to slip through the cracks on spreadsheets. The role-based checklists ensure nothing gets missed before a deal moves to the next stage.

**What do you dislike about Dealership Workflow?**

The platform is still early and adding new features regularly. Some integrations with third-party DMS systems are still being developed.

**What problems is Dealership Workflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We replaced paper deal jackets and spreadsheet-based cancellation tracking with one platform. Deals move from deposit through funding without documents getting lost or misfiled. Every action is logged for FTC Safeguards Rule compliance, which means we are always audit-ready without extra effort. The biggest benefit is visibility — every person on the team can see exactly where every deal stands in real time.
