What do you like best about DealerLogix?

Easy to check schedules and set up a customer for service. Easy to navigate and hot buttons on top to quickly get where you need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealerLogix?

My only complaint is when it logs me out and I have to reenter in my log in credentials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DealerLogix?

Ease of use and the ability to push data directly to CDK. Package options are also helpful for customers and makes them more comfortable being able to choose from different packages based on their specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealerLogix?

The text messaging system could use improvement. It would be nice to have another option besides "Mark as Read" or "Send Text Message". Having the ability to strictly text customers without having to open a repair order and have an appointment set up would help a great deal. Especially for customers that only have a few questions.
