**What do you like best about Dealer Spike?**

The best part of Dealer Spike would be the Support Team. They usually solve my issues within 24 hours and communicate with me during the process.

**What do you dislike about Dealer Spike?**

The downside of using Dealer Spike is the inability to make website edits. To create banners and new pages, you always have to contact them. We have also had recent issues, including brands we don't carry appearing on our promo page.

**What problems is Dealer Spike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are continuously improving Customer Support. They recently released a live chat function. Also, they created a tool where dealers can create pop-ups without their assistance.

Used this platform for an auto dealership client, and not only did it not offer basic editing tools/functionality, but the support team didn't seem to know what they were doing or what our client's needs were.

**What do you like best about Dealer Spike?**

- Certain items are click to edit
- Ability to preview pages

**What do you dislike about Dealer Spike?**

- Difficult to edit simple modular elements
- Support needs to be spoon-fed information/issues
- Not enough access for admins
- Poor UI/UX
