**What do you like best about Daux.io?**

Daux.io is super simple to set up and use. If anything, its singular dedication to purpose is also its downfall, limiting flexibility overall. If you're amenable, any number of so-called 'flat file' CMS systems are equally capable and simple, without the obvious tradeoffs.

However, if easy is your game, Daux.io will get your documentation live and looking nice in no-time.

**What do you dislike about Daux.io?**

As I touched on in the 'pro' section, Daux.io's greatest strength is also limitation, depending on your use case. Daux.io does a nice job in its core capacity, but doesn't excel in any other uses.

**Recommendations to others considering Daux.io:**

If free / cheap, self-serve is your thing, daux.io is a good choice for quickly standing up product documentation. However, there are a number of similar 'flat-file' CMS solutions that play in the same space and provide more flexibility.

Consider Jekyll, Raneto, or Pico --- NOTE: This is rapidly evolving. I just googled 'flat-file cms' and found a bevy of new entrants who I've heard of, less evaluated.

**What problems is Daux.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daux.io is a quick and dirty way to publish product documentation on the web that requires little or no technical knowledge to implement. It provides limited branding (again, depending on technical capability), yet a very consistent, responsive, professional experience.
