I find the Datto Endpoint Backup solution very easy to use, especially the computer version of Datto Endpoint Backup for its simplicity and affordable cost. It offers up to 1.5 TB of Cloud storage, which is perfectly suitable for backing up critical data and software for users' operations. This solution requires no additional hardware, just choose the product that matches the needs of the environment. Another advantage is that backups are automatically added to the Cloud backup as long as the computer is connected to the internet. Moreover, it natively supports data retention, which is very effective for recovering a document accidentally deleted or in case of corruption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that sometimes the agent does not work properly, which forces me to set up alerts and continuously check the status of the backups. Although it is a good tool, the responsibility for the data remains in the hands of the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
