They have reached out to address issues and have kept us in the loop during maintenance of their system and troubleshooting our data. **What do you dislike about Dataweave?** A lot of the competitor products we end up finding aren't usually exact matches. A lot of the time, the products are not the same, or there are not enough exactly-matched products across competitors to make a sufficient impact. There is limited flexibilty in how we can view data. Cannot select custome time frames and have to work within the paramaters given. Dashboards provide an overview and gives you direction on where you need to dig deep in and make adjustments. **What do you dislike about Dataweave?** Even though the insights provided are very helpful and the tool build is user friendly and the navigation is easy, there are still some challenges such as items being matched to wrong peers, For example a single item being compared to a duo pack. Also we've spotted wrong data in the reports generated like items that have a discounted price higher than a regular one. Regardless of these challenges the dataweave team have shown great support and already took actions to solve these issues and some of them have been solved already. **What problems is Dataweave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Price positioning against competitors, adjusting prices to align with our pricing strategy and gathering insights about competitors such as pricing strategies, promotions..etc ### 34. There were often times we left money on the table by undercutting our price by too much without knowing competitor prices. Benefit: by using the Dataweave portal we were able to act on price increase opportunities and price decrease opportunities. We could also see when competitors were out of stock. This was highly beneficial during our peak season period where competition was strong and any small adjustment could have resulted in sales/margin losses. Dataweave provided the visibility for us to manage our product pricing effectively to avoid this. ### 35.
