The platform is very user-friendly, but the matching system needs some improving.
Ease of use is a huge plus of this service. All of our product categories are available to select from with the ability to pivot by competitor to drill down and find opportunities quickly. The communication of the team has been great. They have reached out to address issues and have kept us in the loop during maintenance of their system and troubleshooting our data.

This product is easy to use and straightforward to implement. The FPT connection makes it convenient to update content references. I have also found the customer support to be excellent. Additionally, it offers a broader range of properties that can be tracked on a PDP than many other similar digital shelf products.
