I like that it has different types of scanning and especially, its deep exploration function, which is capable of recovering deleted files years ago. I also consider it positive that you can select the different types of files that you want to recover and not necessarily everything that is found in the lost partition. **What do you dislike about DataNumen Data Recovery?** I believe that this software should be updated soon, since up to now it is still in version 1.0 and the license still has the same cost as when we acquired it. It is also annoying that the results of the recovery are shown in letters so small that they affect my visibility. **Recommendations to others considering DataNumen Data Recovery:** DataNumen Data Recovery is an exceptional tool. It has allowed me to re-create thousands of videos, audios and documents that were deleted by mistake or by hard drive damages. Even, it can work on solid state disks. You will not regret buying this program. **What problems is DataNumen Data Recovery solving and how is that benefiting you?** DataNumen Data Recovery is my first line tool for the recovery of lost videos, due to its speed of scanning and recovery. I can use this program while carrying out other data recovery processes without affecting the performance of the computer. In addition, up to now it has been effective at all times and I have been able to recover camera recordings that have been stored on old hard drives. ### 3. DataNumen executes processes in the background to protect partitions including NTFS, FAT, FAT32 and Ext2. Stores metadata in deleted files for the process of rebuilding the file. The scanning of the computer is fast and the assistant is very easy to use. **What do you dislike about DataNumen Data Recovery?** DataNumen Data Recovery only has support for the old and recent versions of Windows, does not support another operating system, which prevents that you can take advantage of the software at all. **Recommendations to others considering DataNumen Data Recovery:** It is an easy software to install, with very intuitive recovery assistant, a not so expensive price, but unfortunately it only has support for Windows. **What problems is DataNumen Data Recovery solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use this software to recover data from deleted architectural plans on computers that are no longer used or used by employees who left the company. ### 4. Desperate, I searched the internet for this program and tried it. It really works, it recovers all those deleted files as long as you haven't performed many tasks or created files beforehand. It efficiently scans all your disks and ends up finding what you were looking for. **What do you dislike about DataNumen Data Recovery?** It is a program that works, as long as you haven't created many files or tinkered too much with the computer and the space occupied by the file you wanted to recover hasn't been overwritten. The free version is very limited and the paid version is extremely expensive. The problem is that if you have a lot of space on the disk, it takes a very long time to find what you're looking for and it searches for everything deleted, and in the end, you have to do the filtering yourself by eye. **Recommendations to others considering DataNumen Data Recovery:** If you want an effective, fast, and very, very reliable program to recover lost files, this is your program. If you only use it occasionally, the free version is more than enough. I find the paid version excessive for my taste, but you are free to buy it. **What problems is DataNumen Data Recovery solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mainly use it to recover files that have been accidentally deleted or if I want to recover a file that I have deleted. You can select the type of file you want to recover (i.e., the extension) and you can also choose the disk where your file was stored.
