Salesforce Labs data quality analysis dashboards is a simple yet effective way to measure adoption and the extent to which your users are successfully using Salesforce. Sometimes making fields and processes required is an artificial way of getting users to complete necessary information on records. Data Quality dashboards allow you to see which users are optimally using Salesforce to help them with their daily responsibilities. The app immediately gives you useful dashboards and reports hold users accountable and identify which users are low performing versus high performing. One of the best features is the ability to modify formulas on data quality fields on all standard objects to measure inputs on records which are most valuable to you and your business. For example, if you always want 5 fields completed on an account, you can bend the formulas on the object and, as a result, identify scores by each record and each user. This is a very effective way to determine how successful adoption is and consequently how successfully you have been training your team. Lastly, having the reports and dashboards prebuilt makes you look like a hero to the teams who want to analyze data quality. Salesforce Labs makes it easy for you implement one very useful tool to measure the success of your implementation. It gives you all main items to analyze right out of the box: missing data, scores, and user-by-user comparisons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The data quality dashboards have very few things to dislike. The only thing which can be frustrating is admins with little experience with formula fields. Salesforce Labs wrote very simple field formulas to drive the reports and dashboards but someone without any experience writing and editing formulas might have to complete some formula training to customize the data flowing into the dashboards. But if you’re an experienced formula writer, then this is not an impediment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
