We answer roadside assistance calls through dispatch

**What do you like best about D3?**

Being able to send and read comments check on previous call status and use feature to call members when arriving 

**What do you dislike about D3?**

Not always accurate when unmanned to dispatch calls to the right drivers in the correct areas 

**Recommendations to others considering D3:**

Have someone always paying attention to software
