**What do you like best about D2DLink?**

AS A DEALER THAT BUYS MORE PARTS BETWEEN DEALERSHIPS THAN WE SELL D2DLINK IS A GREAT TOOL FOR TRYING TO SOURCE INVENTORY LOCALLY. IT HAS HELPED US REDUCE THE DOWNTIME IN REPAIRING VEHICLES, WHICH IS A POSITIVE FOR BOTH CUSTOMER AND CONSUMER.

**What do you dislike about D2DLink?**

I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH D2D LINK. IT IS A DEPENDABLE SERVICE AND WORKS GREAT FOR OUR NEEDS. I AM UNSURE OF THE COST OF THE SERVICE, SO THAT MIGHT BE AN ISSUE, BUT OUR OFFICE HANDLES ALL OF THE BILLING.

**What problems is D2DLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WHEN A PART IS LOST OR ON BACK-ORDER OUR OPTIONS ARE TO TRY AND FIND THE PART LOCALLY, USE AFTERMARKET PARTS, OR WAIT FOR THE ITEM TO BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN. D2DLINK IS A GREAT WAY TO TRY AND SOURCE OEM PARTS TO SPEED UP THE PACE OF REPAIR.

**What do you like best about D2DLink?**

WE CAN QUICKLY LOOK FOR THE STATUS OF AUTOMOTIVE PARTS, AS WELL AS ANYONE WHO MIGHT STOCK THE PART LOCALLY. FOR A SHOP THAT IS NOT ABLE TO STOCK ALL OF THE PARTS WE NEED, IT ALLOWS US TO SOURCE PARTS FROM NEIGHBORING DEALERS TO SPEED UP REPAIRS.

**What do you dislike about D2DLink?**

I DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT D2DLINK. I DON'T HANDLE THE BILLING, SO I CAN'T SPEAK TO THE AFFORDABILITY, BUT IT HAS BEEN A VERY USEFUL ADDITION FOR BUYING AND SELLING AUTOMOTIVE PARTS.

**What problems is D2DLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

D2DLINK HELPS US MOVE INVENTORY TO OTHER SHOPS AND  DEALERSHIPS THAT ARE IN NEED. MORE IMPORTANTLY, AS A SMALLER SHOP THAT BUYS MORE THAN WE SELL, IT GREATLY HELPS US TO SPEED UP THE TIME OF REPAIRS.

Some stuff was good. The experience was quite solid and the service was very useful.

There were quite a few negatives associated with this product, both related and unrelated to the price of the product.
