Customer support is very good and effective **What do you dislike about CYMA Not-For-Profit Edition?** Certain details need to be known before going into the implementation. Since we were using the light version, there were certain details that took more time with the configuration **What problems is CYMA Not-For-Profit Edition solving and how is that benefiting you?** Processing gifts that come for organization either as Cash or kind. Properly accounting for it so it can be filed into tax returns process at the end of year in an automated manner ### 2. The support is fantastic, and even better with the contracted support. Very easy to set up customized permissions for users! **What do you dislike about CYMA Not-For-Profit Edition?** It is a bit of a canary if mapped improperly. It does not like mapped drives that use IP instead of DNS. **What problems is CYMA Not-For-Profit Edition solving and how is that benefiting you?** CYMA has been awesome especially for Hospice! With a solid Chart of Accounts and some time playing in the DEMO company they provide, you can quickly familiarize your team with day to day operations in CYMA. ### 3. No drill down function, have to run separate reports for prior fiscal years, crashes when you run a current and history report, the visualization of the reports, etc. Also, there is no workflow process and anyone could post anything to it who has access. It could be a lot more user friendly. **What problems is CYMA Not-For-Profit Edition solving and how is that benefiting you?** Day to day we are processing gifts, non-gifts, endowments, earned income.
