The customer support is great and fast.
There are a lot of things I dislike about CYMA. No drill down function, have to run separate reports for prior fiscal years, crashes when you run a current and history report, the visualization of the reports, etc. Also, there is no workflow process and anyone could post anything to it who has access. It could be a lot more user friendly.
Day to day we are processing gifts, non-gifts, endowments, earned income. We also complete tax returns for CRTs and 1099s.
