**What do you like best about CyberSentriq?**

The easy interface, with no need to read the documentation or understand the application, is pretty straightforward.

**What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?**

Too many modules: inbound emails monitored on a different platform, outbound on a different platform, phishing on a different platform. All three need 3 different login accounts with 3 different 2FA. If you can combine everything into a single platform, that would be great. Like what Fortimail, which is one platform for everything.

**What problems is CyberSentriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inbound spam is the major factor which is blocked. Previously, with Fortimail 99.99% of spam was blocked from day one; with this, I would say 98% were blocked from day one, and a few trickled down and had to be blocked manually.

**What do you like best about CyberSentriq?**

I’d like to say it’s “set it and forget it,” but I don’t think that would be a fair review.

I’ve been with CyberSentriq for almost three years now, and the enrollment process was easy. The user-friendly UI/UX also makes it a straightforward product to work with.

Like most IT admins, all I really care about is keeping phishing out of users’ mailboxes, and that’s exactly what it does. I also like that end users can manage their own spam emails, which makes it even easier to use overall.

The integration with O365 wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

**What problems is CyberSentriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps ease the headache of fighting alongside the never-ending war with spam.

**What do you like best about CyberSentriq?**

We use CyberSentriq for sending out cybersecurity awareness training. It is easy to import users for Office 365 and pick training modules to share. This was a requirement of our cybersecurity insurance. This was the cheapest option and the easiest thing for our users to finish.

**What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?**

The courses that are available are somewhat limited. When we were trying to select a module about phishing, it was only a 45 second video.

**What problems is CyberSentriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The cybersecurity training satisfies a requirement by our cybersecurity insurance laid out for us. This is a matter of compliance.

The ease of accessing needed resources such as support and knowledge bases. We use the console and 'app' web-based side of CyberSentriq.
The instant data feature is like nothing in its class.

I haven't come across anything that I dislike about CyberSentriq. Nothing works incorrectly. I see no improvement that could be made to the product. I have no issues with the application at all.

**What do you like best about CyberSentriq?**

Redstor has significantly simplified our backup and disaster recovery processes. We now have reliable, daily backups retained for the full month, all instantly accessible when required, removing the need for manual tape management entirely. This has reduced recovery times, minimised downtime, and helped keep services running smoothly.

It has proven invaluable during server failures, allowing us to restore systems directly to virtual machines and resume operations quickly. The result is less disruption for staff and learners, faster resolution of incidents, and greater confidence that systems and data are protected.

**What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?**

Not much comes to mind as all it has done is make my job easier and customers happier

Our main issue was the length of time it took to backup to tapes and also to recover from tapes. This was solved instantly when moving to CyberSentriq it feels like living in a different timeline

What I really like about Redstor Backup is the flexibility it gives you. You can tailor how your data is backed up based on factors such as data type, location, or age, ensuring it aligns with your operational and compliance needs. On the restore side, it’s just as powerful — from granular single-file recovery to restoring multiple files or even full VM-ready disks, giving you complete control when you need it most.

**What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?**

There are very few drawbacks to Redstor Backup. The only real constraint is internet speed, as the first backup can take longer on slower connections. Redstor addresses this with a disk-delivery option, allowing an initial local backup to be created and shipped to them. After provisioning, backups run incrementally, transferring only changes — making this a concern primarily for systems with very large volumes of data.

We are solving an issue where having the backup on-site isn't secure. The Redstor option provides malware protection on all data transferred to Redstor. It reduces our up-front costs on hardware and disk maintenance.

Being able to back up to the cloud without worrying about onsite backup solutions. Users can backup seamlessly to the cloud from anywhere in the world as long as they have an internet connection.

**What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?**

Redstor backup and archiving is not always the cheapest solution available but it works. A more detailed view of recent backups would be nice, for example average upload speed.

**Recommendations to others considering CyberSentriq:**

Give it a try, it's worth it.
They bill per GB protected and not what's stored in the cloud which means it will cost less.

**What problems is CyberSentriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business does not need to worry about onsite storage (with redundancy) for backups. No worry about threats such as malware, power failures, etc.
Remote users do not need to be directly connected to the onsite network.

It's so easy to use and configure - especially the sims plugin. The reporting is also top-notch. There are so many advanced features which allow for customisation so that appropriate data is backed up.

**What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?**

Cost is somewhat prohibitive, but when balanced with the threats to data - accidental/malicious deletion and crypto threats, it's a fair price. I want the option of backing up a certain set of critical data - regardless of whether it puts the user's account over their limit.

We can remain confident that all the data is backed up safely and can be quickly restored whenever and wherever required. Our customers are also confident that their data is safe and secure.

**What do you like best about CyberSentriq?**

Having email security, training and backup bundled into one package is a great plus.
Setup for new clients is very easy and simple to do. We don't onboard new customers that frequently but the process is easy enough to remember without the need to reach out for support. The console is great to use with the ability to see all tenant information on the front screen, without needing to login and out of each tenant to check information.
In using the software, we've only needed to reach out for support once, and the issue was a missed configuration step on our side which was quickly identified and resolved.

**What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?**

As a TitanHQ customer and then moving to Redstor there are 3 portals at present. The new portal is very fresh and modern looking and the process of moving everything onto one is in progress. When completed it will be great, for now it's a minor issue.

There full package filters out spam and phishing emails very effectively. Their phishing test campaign and auto enrolling software is brilliant and really makes users think before clicking on links as they don't want to do the training courses.

The only thing is that the report does not allow mass deletion of items, but it's really not a big problem, we can do it from the console.

Nowadays it is impossible to work without an anti-spam solution. CyberSentriq offers the ideal solution; the management of reports that allows users to unblock their emails is very effective, saving a lot of IT time. The console, which has been recently rebuilt, is intuitive and efficient.

Very easy to maintain. Our client's data/information is encrypted and extremely safe in your cloud environment. I can (if remote login box is ticked) login remotely and do client's backups manually. Redstor (CyberSentriq) is user friendly.

I recommend with the new updates that the remote login box should be ticked.

Reporting. The reports generated leave much to be desired when we have to hand over results to auditors. It needs better structure, more detailed breakdowns of trainings for individuals so the auditor doesn't come back to ask for certificates and names of the trainings they took.

Im not a fan of their 60 day auto renew as we have customers who cannot commit to an order 2 months in advance,

I use SpamTitan and it does a great job of handling Spam. All of the features have a good user interface to access them.

This issue may have been addressed in a newer version, but currently, the nightly emails listing what has been caught in the spam filter display the sender as the from address, such as bound47824*******@domain.com, instead of showing newsletter@domain.com. As a result, the Allow feature does not function as intended.

Have found several instances where we've been able to perform a "V2V" operation from on premise to Azure using Redstor, Whilst we probably wouldn't do this for large migrations it can be handy for smaller ones where you don't want to necessarily configure the whole Azure Migration infrastructure

**What do you like best about CyberSentriq?**

I like the daily reports, these reports are useful because they help an organisation see if their backups were successful or not and if the backups were not successful then they can investigate further. Compared to its competitors' recovery is instant and  Redstor is easy and quick to deploy.

**What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?**

Emergency recoveries prove difficult and costly at times as they need to meet certain criteria to be deemed an emergency recovery. I think emergency recoveries need to be made more easily accessible.

**Recommendations to others considering CyberSentriq:**

Currently, in the market, Redstor rates 9 out of 10 as a backup and archiving solution in my books, so I would highly recommend it to many other companies. We are an IT company and we have been recommending Redstor to all our clients, currently, 80% of our client base uses Redstor, and we are working on getting the remaining 20% to make use of the Redstor backup and archiving.

We use the product to backup and archive our clients' data, as we offer IT services to various clients. All our clients' vital data is backed up, this has helped grow our business revenue because through Redstor we are offering a secure backup system which is readily accessable when recoveries need to done. If our clients are hit by ransomeware or an accidental deletion has occurred we can depend on Redstor backups for instant data recoveries, this helps our clients remain productive because very little is spent on recoveries.

Actually there isnt anything that i can say I dislike about CyberSentriq. The services provided works as it should.

**What do you like best about CyberSentriq?**

Its restore capability's is next to none. To be able to restore to any platform now matter what is amazing and there are very little backup products that are able to say that they can do this

**What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?**

No log backups for SQL or exchange and also no DAG capability's. You cannot redirect a SQL restore to another server or rename the SQL DB when restoring it. Your only option is to either overwrite the existing DB or rename the existing DB. Not sure what is happening with support but I have had multiple instances where I have logged a call and it takes more than a week for support to get back to me.

SQL and Exchange log backups. DAG aware.

**What problems is CyberSentriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to recover a server with no issues is a huge win for the business. Recovering to any platform is amazing and even the BMR was easy enough to solve although one should follow the steps as suggested step by step

I like the simple, straightforward access via the web browser. Additionally, I am impressed by the extensive product support.

**What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?**

We are dissatisfied with the support. Initially, we almost always receive only generic responses, and our concerns are not addressed specifically at all. Instead, we are sent links from the knowledge base. The new ticket system also seems very cluttered and confusing to us; we found the old one significantly better.

We need a reliable partner to securely protect our systems (MS365 and On-Prem).

It's great that Redstor allow us to fulfill all of our customer backup requirements from the one RedApp Dashboard. 
Backup, Archive, M365 backup and Entra ID backup all from one vendor.

Having an always on "sync" backup for PC and Mac users would help some of our customers.
Scheduled backups are not an option on user endpoints.

Confirm data rest location and confirm that data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Redstor is easy to install and configure, this drives adoption with technical teams. the easy recovery options also open up opportunities to assist customers with DR planning.

It is so easy to use. Works very well. Just runs in the background protecting from bad websites.

It sometimes takes me a minute to remember how to change internal blocks we no longer need.

We use it to meet the Child Internet Protection Act for federal funding. It works great at blocking websites and is easy to unblock something when necessary.

Redstor has released a cloud based offering for SaaS backups.  This is a good addition.

Currently, Redstor has the ability to allow for a file server to be fired up and I am able to recover the files.  However, if there are ways to fire up a workload or server by hydrating a backup restore point it will be good.  Something like an Instant VM ability.

It is an excellent multi tenent technology that allows any IT company to start a backup service easily.  Licensing is unique vs others in the same field.  Instead of stored licenses, RedStor license is based on source data.  Easier to comprehend compared to the traditional licensing model.

I am able to provide a managed service to my customers without much hassle.

Redstor is great for customising your backup to device/data specific requirements. I use or interact with either RedApp, the Storage Platform Console and ESE Client daily to setup and maintain backups for multiple devices which includes servers.

RedApp is customer focussed and a user friendly dashboard for your organisation. Within that you can setup your customers, see an overview of all backups, deploy the ESE Client etc. Integrating Redstor as a cloud backup service to our customers who only used onsite NAS backups was straightfoward, quick and offers a more efficient backup solution which can also run alongside the NAS if they wish. The Storage Platform Console is a great tool to quickly check devices, delpoy the ESE Client with pre-configured account information/requirements and schedule so that Redstor is installed and ready to use instantly. Its great for configuring customers into groups or collections and setting features on a per customer basis in line with the package they purchased. I like that you can also update the account password or create key within the console and that it contains information relating to the setup for that account. The ESE client is easy to install onto devices and configure as the menu options are clearly set out. You're able to change things such as network speed, schedule, local copy, archiving etc. depending on your setup or leave as defaults. You can include/exclude items quickly, change from or to a full system backup, drill down into folders and I find the Instant Data option is a great feature for faster restores. The logs preovided are clear and informative after each backup or task ran.

The Redstor Support team are very friendly, helpful and informative - when we have had to ask for assistance we were always greeted politly and provided steps to take, in a way we'd understand. They provided quick responses and kept in contact until the issue was resolved.  I've also had other contact with Redstor employees from marketing and training, again they were very helpful, friendly and provide a great service.

It is more costly than other providers. 
Not many reporting options on the console.

**What problems is CyberSentriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redstor provides a seamless service that doesn't use much CPU, RAM or Disk meaning if needed it can be ran during the day and this doesn't affect server performance. It is providing us a secure, reliable and fast backup solution that is easy to use and manage

The interface is definitely one of the best features. On top of that, the application is very easy and simple to use even a customer can use it.

Automatic, encrypted backups, RedStor has been a leader in the industry for a long time.

RedStor's interface is simple to use and to understand. Very easy and quick to implement. Customer support is just top notch. 

Integrating RedStor is one of the most simplest things compared to any other backup system.

**What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?**

The cost of per GB struggles to compete with Arconis Cyber Protect. This is correct, but.

Arconis interface and ease of use does not compare. Arconis can be a headache soetimes.

The only other thing I dislike about Redstore is that sometimes with an upgrade, it loses the credentials and has to be completely removed and reinstalled.

The biggest advantage is automatic backup and archiving and very easy and quick to restore data.

The system is laid out simply. The functions are intuitive. You can group your clients and customers into different groups. There are limits so you can manage your client's storge. I get daily and monthly reports, as well as my clients, can log in to the system and manage their own storage. The support is great, and easy to log a support request.

**What do you dislike about CyberSentriq?**

The web interface is not where the console is, the functionality is coming, but slow. I use a Mac and thus the console I cannot use on my mac, as it is only windows supported. Online restore would be a plus.

This will solve all your needs, and you will never look back.

I solve backup and business continuity, my clients rely on their data, and it must be there as soon as any failure. I also manage their Microsoft office 365 backups including Teams, SharePoint, One Drive and Exchange mailbox. Data backups are also very important.

Redstor is ideal for O365, machine, Physical server and Virtual servers. With easy access to monitor and restore without the hassle of going onsite.

Also the biggest benefit is that no equipment is required as most Software these day require a onsite storage and then back to the storage and then to the cloud, where redstor skips all and goes straight to the cloud.

The support team is helpful aswell when assistance is need.

Easy and affordable.

Reporting is a little vague on the Office 365 end, it does need a little work. Best to be transparent with all errors if we need to troubleshoot. Reporting is something that needs work such as more information if we need to investigate something older than a month or with failed back ups on 365.

Redstor backup does not require any Onsite equipment like most back up solutions. I like that you can register your device and simply run your back ups straight to the cloud instead of running it to a onsite Storage and then to the cloud as most Vendors require this method. TOP TOP TOP!
