What I especially love is the balance Cyberly.ai strikes between professionalism and a friendly, even humorous tone—it keeps users engaged without feeling like another boring compliance task. The reporting and analytics are also excellent; they give us clear visibility into risk areas and improvements over time. Deployment was fast and seamless, and the support team has been proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success. Any issues or improvement suggestions are acted on with speed and delivered quickly. The team at Cyberly.ai are a real credit and the product they have built is fair better than some well know brands. As with any growing startup, there are a few features we’d love to see expanded (such as more out-of-the-box templates and integrations), but the Cyberly.ai team is clearly listening to feedback and rolling out updates regularly. Any small gaps are quickly outweighed by the overall value and the speed of improvements. **What problems is Cyberly.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a solution that would both educate employees and reduce risk from phishing and social engineering attacks. Traditional awareness training felt outdated and ineffective—people clicked through without retaining much. With Cyberly.ai, we’re addressing the human element of cybersecurity head-on. The platform helps us identify at-risk users, provide targeted training, and reinforce good habits through real-life style phishing tests.
