Cyberly.ai has completely transformed the way our team thinks about cybersecurity. The platform makes phishing simulations and awareness training not only effective, but also engaging. The AI-driven phishing campaigns feel realistic, which helps employees prepare for real-world threats - not just your standard emails, these guys do SMS, Slack and much more! What I especially love is the balance Cyberly.ai strikes between professionalism and a friendly, even humorous tone—it keeps users engaged without feeling like another boring compliance task. The reporting and analytics are also excellent; they give us clear visibility into risk areas and improvements over time. Deployment was fast and seamless, and the support team has been proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success. Any issues or improvement suggestions are acted on with speed and delivered quickly. What do you dislike about Cyberly.ai? Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. As with any growing startup, there are a few features we’d love to see expanded (such as more out-of-the-box templates and integrations), but the Cyberly.ai team is clearly listening to feedback and rolling out updates regularly. We needed a solution that would both educate employees and reduce risk from phishing and social engineering attacks. Traditional awareness training felt outdated and ineffective—people clicked through without retaining much. With Cyberly.ai, we’re addressing the human element of cybersecurity head-on. The platform helps us identify at-risk users, provide targeted training, and reinforce good habits through real-life style phishing tests.
