Given that there is a free trail version, it allows one to experiment with the different feature/functionality. **What do you dislike about CXDeployer?** An online help with detailed instructions on how to setup would be needed for someone that is using the software for the first time. Templates for different business persona for different verticals is also helpful. **What problems is CXDeployer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer Journey for Students applying to different schools ### 2. We having training programs and use this to track their progress through them. **What do you dislike about CXDeployer?** As its own tool I don't like it much since I feel it should instead be integrated into one central hub where I can see employee progress, timecards, and all of the HR information. **What problems is CXDeployer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping to make the process of onboarding a lot easier to track and monitor. Instead of trying to remember who has learned what, we have somewhere where we can track each individual's progress. I have yet to use it for customers. ### 3. Setting up the account and trying without a credit card was easy. In few minutes, I was up and running and creating my first project. **What do you dislike about CXDeployer?** Working examples for different industry verticals should be made available for any new person to see the "art of the possible". Ability to then take the template and then tailor it a bit to adpat to your own business is needed. This may be available but I couldn't find it right away. **What problems is CXDeployer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to analyze tools which can be used to create Customer Journey Maps.
