I initially thought the fuel card would be delivered electronically, but it was sent as a physical card and I had also entered the wrong delivery address.

I had trouble logging in with my last name and raised an inquiry. The user interface could be more intuitive, with simpler navigation, fewer clicks for common tasks, and a more modern dashboard that highlights key actions and recent activity so I can find information more quickly. The expiring points! I got an email over the weekend that my points are expiring on Saturday. I was unable to see until I got to work on Monday so my points were gone! I wish I would have known on Friday and used my hard earned points the way I wanted to.
