
I like the joined up nature of the product from a career perspective. Rather than the unhelpful annual appraisal which never worked very well across the year Culture Amp breaks down performance reviews into less formal, more frequent conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I believe that Culture Amp could be aligned to the pay review dates for the individual employees so that a review of annual performance can be aligned to financial reward. Also, many of the questions are designed for client facing staff and aren't relevant for Finance. I'm not sure if the lack of department specific questions is purely an issue with the question setters in our organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
