However I did come across some challenges when it comes to reverse geocoding as there were instances where place names appeared in a language making integration, with platforms somewhat difficult. Despite these issues the website is still up and running. **What do you dislike about CSV2GEO?** The limited functionality and reliance, on APIs make CSV2GEO less reliable and flexible compared to using the Google Geomapping API. Additionally it lacks handling of batch longlat processes. **What problems is CSV2GEO solving and how is that benefiting you?** CSV2GEO effectively addresses the task of converting CSV data into information enabling us to analyze and visualize our data in an effective manner. Their customer service is prompt and efficient contributing value to our business by ensuring an experience and delivering excellent results. ### 2. Integrating these maps was also very easy **What do you dislike about CSV2GEO?** Nothing as such. Only thing I have noticed is while reverse geocoding, sometime name of the places are in different language which cause issue while integrating in other platform. **What problems is CSV2GEO solving and how is that benefiting you?** The speed with which million of location data points gets converted into insightful and easy to use maps helped us save us a lot of time. Extensive API library also helped us deliver features at a unbelievable rate. ### 3. The batch process does not start, and the support email address has been cancelled, just a bounceback. The primary holding company did also not respond to emails. **What problems is CSV2GEO solving and how is that benefiting you?** It would have been used for a batch longlat process to save me creating it directly using Google Geomapping API and Google Sheets ### 4.
