What do you like best about PHPKB?

As a technical writer, I have found the flexibility of the platform and the large number of built-in features to be helpful in tailoring the Knowledge Base to best support our customers. I have also had a good experience working with the PHPKB team to build custom features into the platform. The PHPKB support team has been very responsive, whether they are helping me on a custom implementation project or answering my general questions about the platform. The price point of the software is affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PHPKB?

Their analytics section is okay but I think it could be improved to be more robust, modern, and easier to export data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
