**What do you like best about PHPKB?**

As a technical writer, I have found the flexibility of the platform and the large number of built-in features to be helpful in tailoring the Knowledge Base to best support our customers. I have also had a good experience working with the PHPKB team to build custom features into the platform. The PHPKB support team has been very responsive, whether they are helping me on a custom implementation project or answering my general questions about the platform. The price point of the software is affordable.

**What do you dislike about PHPKB?**

Their analytics section is okay but I think it could be improved to be more robust, modern, and easier to export data.

**What problems is PHPKB solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PHPKB helps us provide a knowledge base platform for our customers and employees to learn about our software.
