**What do you like best about CS WinOMS?**

Ability to install in multiple locations without a centralized server infrastructure

**What do you dislike about CS WinOMS?**

Freezing, slowness during heavy usage periods, even with adequate bandwidth

**Recommendations to others considering CS WinOMS:**

Cloud is not for everyone.  Consider your usage case and options, including on-prem server.

**What problems is CS WinOMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practice management for multiple location oral surgery practice.  Both patient billing and EMR in one software.

**What do you like best about CS WinOMS?**

The software is very logical and extremely useful. The difference between WinOMS and Dentrix is that it has the capability to file with both medical and dental insurance, this makes it ideal for a surgical practice.  

**What do you dislike about CS WinOMS?**

I wouldn't say I truly disliked anything, but with so many features I would like to learn to utilize them all. 

**What problems is CS WinOMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the problem with needing to file certain cases under the patient's medical insurance.

**What do you like best about CS WinOMS?**

I like that the program is organized well and its easy to get to the X-ray area. 

**What do you dislike about CS WinOMS?**

I don't like that the program will shut down randomly. 

**What problems is CS WinOMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are scheduling patients and bringing up X-rays. I have realized that the program makes my job easier.

Easy to navigate , very user friendly. Meets our needs.

**What do you dislike about CS WinOMS?**

Can't change scheduler booking times, the hour segments are already programed from the start up and can't be changed once patients are assigned. 

**What problems is CS WinOMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of adding patients to data base
