**What do you like best about CRMified?**

They actually seemed to care about making sure we ended up on our feet. Effort was put in to understand our firm and its needs

**What do you dislike about CRMified?**

There is little to complain about. One thing is that while they are flexible with scheduling, to some extent you are limited timing wise as to when it can be over. I doubled up on calls per week and it still took a few.

**Recommendations to others considering CRMified:**

Think about if it is worth it for you to have a kickstart with Salesforce. For us and our needs and experience, it made a world of difference.

**What problems is CRMified solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing Salesforce can be a bit daunting. CRMified helped us to set up our Salesforce environment to suit our needs.
