I like that I am able to audit my teams screenings. That allows me to see what is being missed and what are we great at from a compliance perspective. 2nd: Being able to create a distribution list saves me countless minutes typing emails. The team was able to implement and integrate in to their SOP easily on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. I use this on a daily basis and perform 500+ a month so the simplicy and effectivenes of it is amazing. i dislike not being able to CLEAR my hit from the standard Search before searching for a new name. The boxes are there, they are jstu grayed out. I have to go to the other window and clear through Compliance workflow. If there could be more descriptors of the individual that has HIT such as Ex: DOJ Proceedings Ineligible... The platform is extremely easy to use and there many different search options for exact matches or fuzzy search which allows you to search for nicknames or similar names. When using the PDF prints for your results, I find it a little hard to read, compared to how it looked on the website. Our office prints the actual website screen, but sometimes, it still misses a couple of results on the page. As a new user, knowing what all the lists that are used can be a little overwhelming.
