The options, variety, and ability to let client choose themselves!

We use it mainly for client gifting and it has made a real difference in how that program runs. Before, sending a gift to a client meant someone on the team had to track down an address, pick something out, and hope it arrived on time. Now it is mostly automated. We built triggers off deal stages in our CRM and key account milestones, so gifts go out at the right moment without anyone having to manage the process manually. Recipients get to choose what they want, which is a much better experience than receiving something branded that might just sit in a drawer. The reporting is genuinely useful too. We can see who redeemed, when, and map it back to pipeline activity, which has helped us make the case for expanding the program.
