## CoreView Reviews
  ### 1. Coreview - Four Years later

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivam B. | Global Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

We are into our 4th year of using Coreview. We have seen our the product as evolved with the ever changing environment. Coreview has honestly made my administrative workload easier. From Security and Identity, license management and reporting to name a few examples. We use Coreview daily and with the simple GUI it easy to understand and integrate into our admin tasks.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

Just as all things you do encounter bugs when updates are rolled out but I have seen Coreview dealing with those bugs efficiently.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chargebacks, license management, delegation, monthly reports, and Governance are all valuable features. Governance, in particular, brings together aspects you might not have previously considered, offering a more comprehensive view. The Security and Identity reports are useful, and with the addition of Hybrid access, it's now possible to manage hybrid users from a single, centralized location.

  ### 2. Automation That Makes Bulk Tasks Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

automation, making life easier for me to be able to run bulk stuff

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

some very niche things like users with the same last name not generating account correctly but i was able to fix that with additional automation rules, so nothing really

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoreView has really helped us get better control over our Microsoft 365 environment. Before using it, we spent a lot of time manually tracking licenses, troubleshooting user issues, and trying to understand what was actually happening across our tenant. CoreView centralizes all of that, so now we can quickly see usage, optimize licenses, and automate routine admin tasks. It’s saving us time, reducing errors, and giving us much better visibility into our environment. Overall, it’s made our day‑to‑day management a lot smoother

  ### 3. Powerful Admin Automation, But Needs Faster Performance and Flexible Licensing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ifeoma E. | Operational Supervisor , Health, Wellness and Fitness, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

CoreView plays a pivotal role in helping administrators manage tasks, permissions, users accounts or even licenses to different tenants
Most of the admin tasks are fully optimized and automated, for instance, license assignments, user onboarding, tenant segmentations, and others
CoreView is also very compliance, where any security vulnerability and governance are dully enabled to improve on operations controls
CoreView supports both on premise or on cloud, ensuring that all tenants feel safe and comfortable

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

CoreView easily gets overwhelmed, where operations like details entering are slow and inefficient
The inflexibility in licensing discourages even the prospective buyers, and this can be managed by small changes

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoreView consolidates administrators to a single space, where they assign tasks, give permissions, share files, among other functions
The governance structure from CoreView is highly functional, ensuring that access is for the appropriate users and no risky delegations
The program connects with Microsoft 365, to efficiently manage and handle different automation processes
CoreView considers all tenants, where it operates on cloud and on premises, creating a successful business environment
We use CoreView to understand business risks and meticulously manage them to limit losses

  ### 4. Quick Reporting, Needs Simpler Workflow Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

I like CoreView for its simplicity and the speed at which it allows me to report things. The reporting feature is great and enables us to pull out different security risks and remediate those issues right away, which is a bonus.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

I wish that the workflows were easier to set up and more user-friendly. But setting them up can be a little cumbersome sometimes. Creating workflows and playbooks gets very difficult in how the wording is and what it's capable of doing.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoreView cleans up our stagnant licensing issues and simplifies reporting, allowing us to handle security risks quickly. It's easy to report things, which is a bonus.

  ### 5. Effortless Usage, Accurate Data Insights

Nothing

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoreView to get detailed access to usage data and check my copilot report easily. It provides the data I need, and exporting is simple and accurate, allowing quick merging or pivoting with other sources.

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

The ease of entering elements and the clarity of the main menus

Too many submenus. It would be necessary to group certain things so that the whole is clearer.

He resolves all the basic input issues concerning the M65 console. However, it lacks more complex features.

  ### 7. Simple, Effective Control Over Our Tenant

I find CoreView very convenient to use, especially for creating accounts and adding groups, including distribution groups. It makes these tasks very easy and streamlines my work. I like the user interface and how it's designed, as it allows me to get things done very easily. The organization of the management actions, such as creating users and editing distribution groups, is straightforward and easy to use.

Nothing in particular, Coreview is very easy to use and the interface is user friendly.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find CoreView very convenient for creating accounts and adding groups, making work easier with its user-friendly interface.

  ### 9. Clear Microsoft 365 Admin Overview & Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

It provides a clear overview across the different Microsoft 365 admin portals. It also helps streamline and manage user accounts through workflows, ensuring a consistent level of quality for all users.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

Sometimes the menus aren’t very easy to navigate, especially when you’re just starting to use CoreView.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s easy to create reports that pull in and access data from multiple locations, which makes it much simpler to bring everything together in one place.

  ### 10. Good tool but takes a long time to get used to and features need improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

Coreview offers advanced queries and cross-referencing that can be saved to avoid manually cross-referencing data from 365 admin consoles. Once implemented, this saves a lot of time. A dedicated customer support.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

The time to get familiar with the tool can be long, and training is necessary depending on the levels of access granted to avoid any large-scale mishandling. Some basic features are missing, which requires creating custom workflows.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coreview highlights compliance issues.

  ### 11. Effortless Reporting and Automation That Saves Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

It's simplicity. The amount of time saved trying to create the reports for review is great, let alone the ease of resolution with automated functionality. It's been a great assistant in ensuring the security of accounts and no over-licensing.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

The tricky Hybrid setup. If you are in a hybrid environment, my suggestion is to have CoreView do the implementation.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Licensing and delinquent accounts. From a security and financial point of view, it's been a lifesaver.

  ### 12. Awesome tool that now is even better with backup available and configuration manager which allow entra ID to be match to industry.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

Configuration manager lets you setup Entra ID to industry or how most setup Entra and see how your company see if it setup as most to get full security up and running. Allows you to backup the Entra configuration you have for easy to fix if changes made that were not approved.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

No, they have even added backup and improved workflows around threat Intelligence.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It just makes doing daily O365 tasks more efficent and easy to find. Coreview does not chnage their UI when MS makes chnages. They just do the chnage on the backend. So, everything is easy to find and never moves.

**Official Response from Emily Crouch:**

> We're delighted to hear that CoreView has helped streamline your O365/M365 admin tasks and provided increased security and compliance focus. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to know that the recent addition of the feature you were looking for has further improved your experience with our platform.

  ### 13. Agile Framework for Managing M365

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2025

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

CoreView is lightning fast when it comes to reporting. What would normally take hours to retrieve using a PowerShell script can be obtained in CoreView in a matter of minutes. The ability to do custom actions (especially PowerShell scripting) as a part of a workflow is great, because then it allows a lower-level admin to run a workflow in a more protected environment, rather than handing over a PowerShell script.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

The User Cards are awesome; however, I wish the information on the cards could be easily exported. For example, Security may ask for a report on a specific user, and which mailboxes they can access. The information is readily available on the User Card, but not exportable to an Excel file, so it's not helpful. I know it can be found by other methods in CoreView, but those other methods are so time consuming that I end up falling back to PowerShell to perform this action. The same applies to groups or other lists on the User Card - make those sections exportable!

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With workflow automation, CoreView is driving transactional work out of the business, and also resolving tasks more quickly for the end user, so that's a win-win.

  ### 14. CoreView benefits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Aviation & Aerospace | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

I like the way Administrators can manage departments without having global administration privileges.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

Make it easier to understand the more complex features.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting. The reporting is nice. It allows me to pull reporting easily. I also love the custom reporting feature.

**Official Response from Emily Crouch:**

> It's great to hear that CoreView's reporting capabilities are benefiting you. We apologize for the stability issues you've experienced. Our team is constantly working to improve the platform's reliability.

  ### 15. Super simple and subtle

The ease of integration.
Better and improved automation.
The facility of having everything in one single place.

Helping manage and keep track of the users liscence in one single place.

  ### 16. User-Friendly IT Management Tool for M365 and On-prem

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michal H. | Senior M365 Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

CoreView's automation capabilities are top-notch. The custom actions, workflows, and playbooks have really streamlined our IT processes. We’ve saved a lot of time and reduced manual effort thanks to these features or . Integration of REST API. Creating and automating complex workflows has been a game-changer for our team. Plus, the customer support is fantastic. They’re always available to help and provide quick, effective solutions to any issues we encounter.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

While the automation features are great, the initial setup can be a bit challenging, especially if hybrid environment. Some of the advanced automation capabilities require a bit of a learning curve and adding new features is sometimes very slow.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation, indeed, the best feature on top of builtin actions.

**Official Response from Emily Crouch:**

> We're thrilled to hear that CoreView's automation capabilities have been a game-changer for your team and have streamlined your IT processes!

  ### 17. everything you need for doing maintenance on your tenant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Federico V. | Microsoft365 Tenant admin and Sap Basis Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

On CoreView the action that we use and we love more is the Operator and Virtual tenant Settings. This allow you to give the specific Rights to other user (such as IT colleagues) and let them manage just their domain or just enable a reset password action on whole tenant. Customer Support is really fast and complete! I used it more than one time and everytime they are ready and really prepared.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

The synchronization between M365 admin console and CoreView console is little slow, but it is faster than some years ago so they are improving it.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems like bug, or they just guide you through their program in order to get what you need!

  ### 18. Coreview: Easy to User for Everyone!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A nthony G. | Supervisor, End User Support Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

What I find best about Coreview would be how easy it is for all users to use, no matter the skill level need. Coreview has become a staple within our infrastructure, as this has been integral in making our active directory use seemless.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

The only con of using Coreview would be needing to find where work flows fail and how to read that information and such. Sometimes its hard to figure out where the issue is occuring, which makes resolution difficult. Instances are few however.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coreview is allowing our company to have basic system administrator responsibilities without the need for full admin access. This has helped with the time in which we resolve tickets.

**Official Response from Emily Crouch:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with CoreView! We're thrilled to hear that you find it user-friendly and essential for your infrastructure. We understand the challenges you face in identifying workflow issues and are continuously working to improve our platform's usability.

The filtering can glitch sometimes when trying to add details. The system sometimes responds quite slowly to changes being made.

From time to time, our operators struggle with message traces and to find blocked e-mails in the quarantine.

On-premise Sync could be faster.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With CoreView, we were able to automate some of our daily tasks, reduce the RBAC on the various Office 365 workloads for all our affiliates/operators.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2025

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

It's taken what was a messy implementation of Microsoft software and offerings, and brought them into a single place. It's easier to see whats going on, and rectify issues at a glance. The workflows are also invaluable - taking manual processes with room for error away. We use it as part of our daily routine now.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

Theres a bit of a learning curve with some aspects.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's removed a lot of room for manual error, as well as exposing gaps we werent aware of such as licensed disabled users, security gaps, configuration errors etc.

  ### 22. The Time Saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2025

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

The ability to automate a vast array of workflows in almost every facet of our environment. The time saved and simplification of certain procedures.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

The web portal can be confusing at times, navigating all of the different pages is alot of info to keep track of

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A big problem that was solved was the simplification of our New User Onboarding flow, to create new user accounts and provision required permissions and licensing, as well as our licensing to discern if users still require licensing

  ### 23. The best combination of Tenant and governance management, implementation.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver B. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2024

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

The fact that it allows me to review all of my standard Tenant configurations, but also allows for easy Governance implementation and administration in an automated way. Has a fantastic reporting section, as well as a very robust workflow engine.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

In all honesty, I dont have anything to complain about. This is a rarity in the Tech world to have something that really doesnt have any obvious faults.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing proper Governance rules across our entire 365 Suite.

**Official Response from Emily Crouch:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback! We're pleased to hear that CoreView is meeting your needs for reviewing Tenant configurations and implementing governance.

  ### 24. Onboarding is going well

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2025

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

So far, it’s the attention we have received has been good. The functionality of the tool and therefore the value that receive from the product has not yet been realized, however I do feel that Coreview is invested in our success.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

Throughout onboarding and beyond, it would be nice to have a centralized view of open requests for support for my entire organization. Whether this comes from our TAM in regular updates or some portal, it would be nice to have a holistic overview.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time and money.

  ### 25. A bit of a learning curve and some functions have to be done in a different app but solid overall.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

The ability to manage most of our shared mailboxes and DLs.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

The changes to the UI sometimes makes it harder to find what I was used to be in a different area.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not needing PowerShell to make all changes.

  ### 26. A powerful yet easy-to-manage tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

Coreview has been an easy-to-manage yet powerful tool. The deployment took us only a few hours and by the end of the day, we were already able to delegate administration activities to people around the world without the need to assign them roles on the M365 platform. Each issue we encountered has been brilliantly solved by the VERY efficient support team. One of the best features is the ability to create custom management actions based on Powershell scripts and delegate them to users with no Powershell knowledge. The last introduced features focued on teams an copilot managment, highlighting the attention of the product team on what the market needs.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

There is some physiological delay between when activities directly executed on M365 have an effect and when Coreview synchronizes the result of these actions.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to delegate management activities on the M365 platform limiting at the same time the access to only a subset of users/groups.
We were able to deploy the solution within a day.

**Official Response from Emily Crouch:**

> We're thrilled to hear that CoreView has been an easy-to-manage and powerful tool for your organization. Our support team is dedicated to providing efficient solutions for any issues that may arise, and we're glad to hear they have been able to assist you effectively. We appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to improve the synchronization process to minimize any delays.

  ### 28. From LB

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2025

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

Very powerful, sometimes several paths to get the job done

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

A bit complicated on certain occasions. Very powerful, but sometimes lacks an intuitive approach, with multiple paths to get the job done, but sometimes not with the same interface that doesn't always offer the opportunity to do what needs to be done.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help me assist users with their password and two-factor authentication, access, and track the path of emails in specific situations.

  ### 29. Interesting, easy and fast used

The upside of coreview is the simplicity for the reports and the execution of workflows. Saves a lot of time
