**What do you like best about Copiny?**

For a website looking to provide users with a good amount of interaction and content is a very good option. Easy to set up, it creates a content hub acting in between a knowledge base and a forum

**What do you dislike about Copiny?**

The option to add content in a way similar to a blog would be a bonus that is currently missing

**What problems is Copiny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creates a platform to offer users info and content

**What do you like best about Copiny?**

User-friendly but not enough valuable features to validate spending the money of this. There are other options in social customer service that offer more features. 

**What do you dislike about Copiny?**

The difficulty of adding contacts/users to the software is a major turnoff considering the number of people in my company that would be using. 

**Recommendations to others considering Copiny:**

I wouldn't recommend. I would send people to conversocial. 

**What problems is Copiny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It didn't solve any of my issues for social customer service.
