## About ConversionWax
ConversionWax is a website personalization platform built for marketing teams at SaaS and e-commerce companies. Teams create, deploy, and measure personalized on-site experiences without opening a dev ticket. The platform handles the full loop: AI-generated assets (text, images), a visual editor for targeting rules, version control with rollback, and built-in analytics. Multi-site management and team roles ship as standard, so larger marketing orgs can run personalization across properties without losing control of who changes what.

  ### 1. Multi-Site Dashboard and No-Code Testing That Transformed Our CRO Workflow

**What do you like best about ConversionWax?**

We run paid search and CRO for a mix of e-commerce and B2B SaaS clients out of Denver. The single thing that changed how we work is the multi-site dashboard. Before ConversionWax, we either shared login credentials with each client's testing tool or rebuilt the same variant setup across three different platforms. Now I have one login, one view of which tests are live across which client, and one rollback button when a variant breaks something.

No-code variant creation is the feature the team actually uses day to day. A junior strategist on our team used to file design tickets to client dev teams and wait a week for a banner swap. She now ships the variant herself on Tuesday morning, and it's been running 48 hours before a dev would have picked up the ticket.

UTM targeting matters to us specifically because we're driving paid traffic from Google Ads to client landing pages. Swapping the hero based on the keyword that triggered the click used to require a developer. Now it's a form.

**What do you dislike about ConversionWax?**

The WordPress plugin is solid, but if a client is on a custom stack, the install is more manual. You're pasting the snippet and dealing with whatever tag manager setup they have. Not a blocker, just not the one-click experience you get on WP.

Reporting exports are the other thing. We pull data into our own client dashboards for monthly reviews and that export could be cleaner. A scheduled PDF or CSV per client would save me an hour a month.

Team permissions across multiple client workspaces could also be more granular. It's workable but I'd like to lock some team members to specific client accounts without workarounds.

**What problems is ConversionWax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dev queue bottleneck. Client engineering teams are slow and our tests used to die in backlog. We now ship tests the same day we design them, which means we're running several times the test volume per client we were a year ago. More tests, faster learning, better numbers to bring to the monthly call.
