**What do you like best about Converse?**

Before we switched system to converse we used to use intercom, and it was sooooo slow and frustrating. After the switch our company has grown each year and today we are more than 200 people using converse each day with out ANY problems. It's fast, efficient and eazyyy! Love it!!

**What do you dislike about Converse?**

To be honest I can't name any negative thing about Converse because as earlier mentioned we used to use intercom and that switch was like day and night

**What problems is Converse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us a much easier way to work, for example nowadays we get much much less calls from angry customers, venues and courier's because we can help them much easier with this tool

**What do you like best about Converse?**

This is a good easy to use . So far the best translation software i have came across . Is super fast and efficient i use it all of the time .

**What do you dislike about Converse?**

I think it’s really useful and easy to use for anyone that need assistance.

**What problems is Converse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m able to break communication barrier between our staff and customers on the daily with this software we are able to reach out to offer more great customer service and get our message through it feels great to be able to assist everyone and make them feel at home and welcomed.
