"Too bad their support is terrible when product doesn't work right, which is too often"

What do you like best about ContentStudio?

In theory, this should be a good product or a great product. They allow customization per social channel and my team finds it easy to use.

Unfortunately, things simply do not post correctly, or at all, too often. We get false posting confirmation messages all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContentStudio?

Their support is now dreadful and has gotten worse over time. It is a damn shame.

A week or two can go by with several emails to them and all we hear are crickets. There is no response sometimes until the third or fourth email. This is terribly unprofessional and is horrible for our agency and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ContentStudio:

At this point, I would call the Content Studio experience poor. We are moving to another product. We simply cannot stand their poor support any longer.

If you want your team (or yourself) to be terribly frustrated whenever you have a problem and then feel like you are being ripped off, this is the product for you. But who wants that? Not us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Content Management"

What do you like best about ContentStudio?

1. Client Workspace Management

2. Content Discovery is quite powerful especially integrated with Feedly.

3. Analytics is solid and accurate, with add on Analytics and Influencers will be very powerful.

4. Easy to implement and UI UX easy to use.

What do you dislike about ContentStudio?

1. New features become add-on cost, quite pricey.

2. Wider integration with Ocoya, Glorify, Zapier and Pabbly without add on ocsst.

3. Better Article Summarizer

"Zero customer Support, i request a refund"

"Combination of BuzzSumo and Hootsuite -- Definitely my favorite social media management tool"

What do you like best about ContentStudio?

The app makes it easy to schedule posts on the go. I also love how easy it is to grab viral content from different sources (YouTube, Facebook, Google, etc) to curate on different platforms. The client post-approval is very easy to implement as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't really have any complaints about the platform. I had reached out for them to add emojis to their post composer and they added the feature within days! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My team and I are able to manage social media accounts for multiple clients using automation and their post-approval feature. Clients love that they can approve or deny content we have scheduled and we love the fact that we schedule them all at once and they publish in a predetermined queue once approved. "The Best for Both Digital Space"

What do you like best about ContentStudio?

The First thing about COntent Studio is the Social Media Planner and Automation from RSS Feed. This has significantly helped to save me time when posting new Blog content from Website to Social Media Profile.

The Blogging feature is excellent as well and comes with SEO Features for the basic Stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ContentStudio?

It's an excellent platform for scheduling out our content and it offers so many options for us to "grow" into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContentStudio?

The Scheduler...It would be nice if there were a way to set up a default for how you prefer to schedule out content.

We prefer to schedule our four brands' content via the calendar option, which is available.

The issue is, you have four redundant steps to get back to the calendar after every piece of content is scheduled.
