"Worst provider I've ever worked with"

We brought them on to run content syndication programs to generate leads. It was supposed to be a 3 month agreement and they sold us on all these statistics that are now clearly just fluff used to get money from people. We are in month 5 and they haven't even provided half the leads they guaranteed us. They are unresponsive, difficult, and frankly incompetent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They breached the contract twice, then tried to claim force majeure after the fact. They did not deliver. They refuse to refund, making us spend that money on overpriced digital events that have zero real world impact. They refuse to negotiate and come to an agreement that works for both sides.
