The main issue I had was the digital marketing.
Contentive helps me to delivery each campaign and give me more visibility for growing.

**Describe the project or task Contentive helped with:**

We brought them on to run content syndication programs to generate leads. It was supposed to be a 3 month agreement and they sold us on all these statistics that are now clearly just fluff used to get money from people. We are in month 5 and they haven't even provided half the leads they guaranteed us. They are unresponsive, difficult, and frankly incompetent.

**What do you like best about Contentive?**

Nothing. There is nothing positive to say about them.

**What do you dislike about Contentive?**

Their attitudes, their lack of regard for keeping commitments, consistent forgetfulness and no attention to detail

**What problems is Contentive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead generation - haven't realized any benefits other than that we can skip spending tens of thousands of dollars to do a better job in-house.

HR event for lead gen.

**What do you like best about Contentive?**

Buying from them was easy, over Zoom and calls.

**What do you dislike about Contentive?**

They breached the contract twice, then tried to claim force majeure after the fact. They did not deliver. They refuse to refund, making us spend that money on overpriced digital events that have zero real world impact. They refuse to negotiate and come to an agreement that works for both sides.

**Recommendations to others considering Contentive:**

My recommendation is to look for any other provider instead of them.

**What problems is Contentive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problem they're solving is how to decide what companies you should never work with again.
